Shout out to Ulysses for coming through ASAP! I was stranded in a parking lot. My battery was completely dead. He got me back up and running in less than 15 minutes. Went the extra mile to add extra jumper cables and it got the job done. Thank you so much. I highly recommend him for any mobile mechanic needs.

Spoke with someone and explained I was broke down on the side of the road and he said he would see if he could find someone to help and never called back or answered my calls. Tell me you can’t help so I can stop wasting valuable time. Rude and uncaring

I called this mechanic to get a quote on getting a vehicle fixed. He wanted $95 Zelle payment up front which I was hesitant to do but really needed to get this car looked at. And since it’s a hybrid I was a little limited. When I told him my concern he said “I’ve been in business a long time, I’m not going to do anything shady.” I trusted him and he showed up the next day. That was 8/31. I waited a few days for the quote but when I got nothing I reached out to him but didn’t get a response. After calling him on a weekend (because you know…it’s listed as a business phone) he called me back a few days later and asked “who’s this you called me?” I told him and he said he wasn’t in the office and to call back the next day. I did as he asked and no answer. I finally had my boyfriend reach out. Not only did he answer his call but he had a full discussion with him and said again he would get the quote out. It is now 9/12 and I have yet to receive a return phone call, a quote or any kind of communication. I didn’t pay him to go and look at the car and keep the information to himself. I paid him to diagnose my car, tell me what was wrong and provide me with a detailed quote. I got nothing but wasted time and money.Update: Ulysses reached out to me to let me know he already sent it. I didn’t receive anything and he seemed to have a hard time finding it. I let him know that once I receive it, I’ll edit my review.Update 2: I finally received the quote snd he states that he misspelled my name in my email address. I completely understand that mistakes happen but if I had received a call back or return text message, he would have known that I didn’t receive it. I shouldn’t have to call and text multiple times to not get a response and then post a bad review in order to get what I paid for.

We were looking to buy a car and we live quite a few miles away so my friend who normally checks cars out for me happened to be with me, so we had to hire someone to thoroughly go over a potential vehicle that we were going to buy and the report was above and beyond what I expected not only did he send a thorough report but he called me on the phone and we discussed the vehicle in question its potential its price and the possible pitfalls that come with that vehicle so I'm so thankful that He was available to help us on this particular situation we plan on using him again on our next purchase in the area

Quoted me the wrong price and pretend to have someone in route for 2 days, instead of telling me that the quote was wrong. For 2 days he kept me in limbo when I was stranded waiting on him. After calling many times did it come out that his guys don't work for that price, when he was the one who gave me the price in the first place. Who calls for a service and tell the company what you are going to pay them? Because, everyone asks what the company prices are! When confronted that he gave me that price, he flat out denied he did. Wouldn't trust them to fix my dogs chain...

I came from another state to purchase a car and wanted a PPI. I am so glad that I chose Mobile Mechanics Dallas. My mechanic was upfront, honest and did a thorough job. Ulysses was fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend using his services.

This guy will rip you off. Ulysses did a horrible job on the car and then acted funny when I told him I didn't want him working on the car again and he should refund at least some of the payment. To which he thought was funny. So avoid this place at all costs. *Edit* you worked on a 2015 Honda Accord. And I also have this number you listed under Ulysses. So explain that.
