I have tried reaching out several times in several ways for help with my mini. I just moved here from Oklahoma and was hoping to establish a relationship at the dealership now since it’s closest. MISTAKE. I asked for a QUOTE and never heard back from anyone. Super unprofessional. Do not recommend

I have reached out multiple times for help on my mini service since I just moved here from Oklahoma and they have ignored my requests for just a QUOTE!!!!!! At least give me some sort of answer. Really really annoying

What can say about SEWELL BMW AND MINI. I can say this agency was wonderful to be at and all the people are very helpful and smart on the cars they have, I was looking for a Lexus SUV and was able to try a NX , RX and the larger GX. I chose a pre-owned 2015 RX 450H beautiful pearl white and with medium brown leather and black accent carpet, very low miles and great mileage. Emmanuel Todo our sales person was great, and very knowleageable, he answered all our questions and went far and beyond. I would use him for any sales purchase, he is a great gentlemen. This is my third SEWELL, I have been in over 8 different SEWELL LOCATION from Dallas,Fort, and Houston, but all SEWELL locations are great, with helpful staff make me feel confident in our car purchase, service , coffee, cookies, free Car washes, to keep your car beautiful Thank You

What an amazing experience. Doug Groves is the man! Ordered a Mini a few months ago. Go notifications from Doug along the way. About a month before my car was in, he let me know a car almost exactly like mine was in and asked if I wanted to check it out. Took him up on the offer and it sealed the deal for my build. A few more weeks and mine came in. I believe they received my car on a Friday and I had a few customizations done to the vehicle and it was ready to go by the following Monday. Picked it up experience was amazing, greeting, bow on car, paperwork with Doug, and close out with Courtney went flawlessly. Thanks so much Sewell, great job!

So far, I love my new car and I can say I had a great experience at this dealership. It was an impulse buy, but I sent the Sewell salesmanager Ken Henry a message when I saw it online and he made everything come together perfectly and exceeded all my requests. I think I'm a loyal customer now! Recommended.

I leased a ‘23 Mini Electric from Mini of Plano and have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and rigor put into making customer experience an exemplary one. Jeff Stanton was my sales associate and he was very upfront on what it would take to make the deal work(with tradein). Also, he provided me a great pro con analysis of the lease that convinced me to go for the deal. Most of my communication was via email and text and he was great in following up. Even post purchase, he was awesome in addressing the issues I had. In general, the dealership atmosphere is way more relaxed and with no pressure tactics(also had to work with Doug Graves initially who was great also), this is probably one of the better experiences I had. Also, I have bought multiple vehicles from Sewell and this ranks among the best(other being Sewell Subaru). Highly recommended!

I visited early this year when my wheel was shaking, and I had no idea what was going on. When I arrived, Whalen Shannon assisted me, and explained how lane departure works on my car. Since I was new to driving my car I was unaware that the wheel will shake and autocorrect your driving. He took the time to explain it to me, and showed me how to make the changes on my dashboard. He asked if I wanted to drive it to see if would happen it again, or have them look at it. Since he explained the lane departure so well I decided to try driving it for a while. No issues since I changed the sensitivity of the lane departure detection on my vehicle. I appreciated that he did not recommend unnecessary diagnostics. He reminded me that my car would need recommended services in 1,000 miles. I am glad he was patient and willing to explain the vehicle features it was a huge help.

RACIST SALES REPS don’t greet black customers. The only person who greeted us voluntarily was a white man who called my 60 year old mom a girl.When we went inside the MINI portion of the sales offices, we were watched by a rep. He entered immediately after but never greeted us (even though we were all standing in plain sight of each other before he even made it to the door). He then walked into an office and never came out. No one EVER helped us!On the BMW Certified Pre-Owned side, the car that I was supposed to view was supposedly loaned out to a customer last night, even though I was scheduled to come in this morning. I don’t think that out was out of this guy’s control, but what do you do?The guy apologized and tried to sell me something else, but I could tell that they were reluctant to work with me because of the color of my skin.ALSO, the only black people working there were working some kind of outside/service job. SURPRISE!

My car was having difficulty starting and stopped in at Sewell on the way home with no appointment. They needed to replace the battery and noticed during a multi-piont inspection that I had two tires that had less than 25% tread-life. It was going to take longer than expected to make the repairs so they set me up with a premium loaner. This was my first service visit and everyone was so kind and helpful. They have a streamline process, from video description of the repairs needed from the technician, to the option to prepay the invoice online for a speedy checkout. Love it! Customer for life!

Jamie Khan was my service advisor today. I arrived for a set appointment at 8:00 AM. Jamie met me in the service area with a smile and welcomed me to the Sewell. My request was for a tire rotation. Jamie took my keys and checked me in. She asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. She took the keys and pointed to the service waiting area. She was professional and courteous and made me feel special. Luxury car service companies place a high emphasis on punctuality, personalization, safety, and security. The service I received from Jamie met this bar.Overall, a luxury car service experience is designed to provide a comfortable, convenient, and memorable experience for the customer. From the moment the service advisor greets the customer to the time they arrive at their destination, every aspect of the service is focused on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. I will return to Sewell for my service needs and will ask for Jamie. She is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with!
