Asked " how much will it all be?" ...when we got a new phone for my daughter...I have asked the person 3 times, 3 different ways before she told me that it will be $24something, ...she Did Not tell me that it also will be Another $30something for the " activation fee" before I gave her my card. Wth?! ...the reason I have asked for the amount is because NOT EVERYONE can throw money around. I had $70 to my name ,but she needed the phone for her work and the old one just died. Not everyone is rich. Should have given me a straight answer. ...instead of tricking me into paying an amount I can't afford.

First of all very unprofessional customer service, no greeting and they behaved like I was not welcomed, second on the promotion says 4 lines for 100$ no activation fee and 4 free phones, the lady asked me for 25$/line activation fee and 120$ for each phone.Either MetroPc is scam or this branch is fraud.

on 12/23/2021 i keisharene santiago was retalaiated, discriminated, harassed and threatened by store manager carlos and asst.manager jesus at approximately 7;30 pm at 330 k ave plano texas. i went into the location after i called first with metro customer service on the phone because the stylo 6 phone has gave me numerous technical problems and i wanted them to warraty exchange the stylo for a nokia x100 to prevent another exchange for the same similiar phone complications. customer service had recommended the store grant the request but assist. manager jesus just didnt want to accomodate a good customer that has been with metro since jan 2008. the computer states i been a memeber since 2016 but thats a error ive asked that to be corrected for years and that have not been updated.my arcatel tablet had a data issue and jesus did send off for a warranty exchange waiving the fee. however, store manager carlos and assist. jesus was mad at me because i threatened to file a complaint. so out of retailiation store manager carlos told jesus email lp larry meaning loss prevention. i asked jesus who was that and how was it related to what i was inquiring about. at first, he lied in said it had nothing to do with me but then changed that statement in said they gonna get loss prevention larry to stop me from being able to come to metro pcs corporate office of stores and i should just leave it alone and not make a complaint. i was intimidated and retaliated against thats inappropriate. i had asked store manager carlos to call district manager norma why i was present he denied me that and told me she was informed. i asked him to give her my number for a call. assist. manager jesus told me since i was not gonna leave it alone by filing a complaint he was gonna charge me a fee for the stylo 6 warranty replacement phone. that was retaliation and etc. store manager carlos had informed me what i needed to do because they was only giving me 2 options 1. pay for a upgrade are 2. get the same warranty replacement for the stylo 6. carlos did advise me to call customer service and ask them for a store credit in order to get a upgrade and that would allow the nokia 100 to be covered but dont tell metro he informed me of that. i made a complaint to customer service for metro pcs. i've never been treated so cruel by any metro pcs employee's like i was treated at 3300 k ave plano texas. my request is that fee's for tablet warranty replacement waived and fees for warranty phone replacement waived. also, for the inconvenience and misconduct of employee's im requesting administration write them up on disciplinary and emergency adequate disciplinary measure taken effective immediately 12/24/2021.also requesting loss prevention larry not conspire with carlos and jesus to stop me from coming to any metro pcs because they mad because i threatened to file a complaint and not leave it alone as they advised me to. this investigation can move pass the district manager norma on too a higher level the regional manager as well as corporate for a emergency theral investigation. this type of conduct is prohibited by metro pcs riles and regulations. respectfully submitted keisharene santiago c/c; file email:

This is the worst customer service ever! reps are in the Philippines, communication in English is horrible - won't let you speak to supervisor & can't get issue resolved!!!

I personally have never had any negative experiences at the store. Marcus was the sales associate who assisted me and the last time I came in reported two phones from AT&T to MetroPCS and there was minimal difficulty in doing so. I understand that other people who have posted reviews have had issues with customer service which is understandable since their customer service is outsourced. If you have an issue with your phone or your bill, I would definitely recommend coming to this store to discuss your issues as this is a corporate store.
