Do NOT go here. I went in and bought a new phone and the guy told me he would call me in 2 days to switch my phone number over to my new phone. He never called me, so eventually I called the location and had him switch my number over. He told me that he switched my number over and that I was on my old service which was mint mobile, so I thought I was good.That is, until I receive the text saying I have a payment for Metro PCS. It turns out the guy at that location created me account with Metro without telling me, created a random address and zip code for it, and put that new number that was on the new phone on my old phone without me knowing. I ended up having to pay multiple payments now on two phones, without my knowledge. I've called to get my numbers switched back to my service and that number taken off, but I didn't know the eight digit account pin because I didn't create it he did. I didn't know the zip code because I didn't create it he did. This was the random address he put on my account: 365 Uptown Blvd Cedar Hill, TX 75104. I now have to stay on metro because apparently my phone service will be locked for 6 months. According to the guy in the store "that was a disclaimer and he didn't need to tell me" This store is awful, never ever go there. (Also if you're the guy who made that account and you're seeing this: I hope you burn in hell.)

This is the worst T-Mobile store. The guy behind the counter did not transfer my contacts or photos or apps. He complained that it was going to take home awhile. He kept taking annoying deep breaths or I was getting on his nerves. Maybe go flip burgers as a source of income. Costumer service is not you niche.

5 stars because of Baba!I always go to the phone store with my mom because she is getting older and I don't want her to be taken advantage of.However, that is not the case with Baba he will only sell you what you really need. He really goes the extra mile to ensure you leave with a phone that will suit you and your budget.

The phone I purchased is glitching not even within 6 months of me buying it. The sound lowers by itself, the screen freezes when I'm trying to scroll or the screen will just turn black. When I first went in, they showed me the phone that had already been opened from the box. I thought it was the display phone since they did not have it out on the floor, but when I agreed to purchase it, they proceeded to use that one. I should have asked for one that had not been opened if it meant I did not have to be dealing with this phone.
