Cricket really screwed me, i was so grateful that this metropcs took care of me. Shariq was very knowledgeable amd proffesional. It was fast easy amd transparent. Will update if i have any issues with service or hotspot

I received the worst service ever from a Metro Pcs employee named Carla. She would not open the door at 9:00 and told 3 of us waiting outside "can't you read the sign, no network" taped on the door? We were an imposition to her. She was not interested in servicing customers. And yet why would employees sit inside the dark office. Doesn't make sense. Who is the district manager of this store? Horrible!!

I recently visited the Metro by T-Mobile on K Avenue in Plano and had a fantastic experience. The staff and was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing a new phone. They were knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. I found a great deal on a phone that perfectly suits my needs. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or mobile plan.

I came into metro trying to get help with my service place because of the storm we had I wasn’t getting any service and they ignored me and I didn’t want to help me at all thanks a lot metro pcs

Iphone bundle got me everything needed for my singing work. Had done got my data transfered, got the screen protector, case, charger and a free speaker, putting this after few days since I was having issues with my service but found out that 5g was not enabled on the phone so had to call customer service and was informed as most service running is 5g worth rid of my old phone iphone 6

I am still here waiting for a receipt for my purchase. Apparently they have no supervisor to print a receipt. Alot of strange things wrong with this transaction. They still never gave me a receipt and it turns out that they took my SIM card from my old phone. I believe they are scammers. They also conveniently did not work with the Metro PCs system but rather a side system that looked like they were running my card independently of most Metro PCS systems.
