This is the corporate business store. It's employed many helpful agents here. Promotion and free phone switch phone company performing here. Payment taken here. This is the right place to check for promotion and switch your service all is done here. Second best from T-Mobile. Good location right in front of a Korean market shopping center.

I would like to say Thank You to Emely and Yesenia for your help on 9/1/2023 with my phone issue. You went above and beyond and I really do appreciate you two. Every time I come into this store I get the help I need and it's always with Emely. Everyone in the Metro Pcs located on 14th St. Ste A is so nice and very professional.It's always clean and smell so good. Go see Emely or Yesenia.Love y'all.

HORRABLE THEY PUSHED A PKONE ON ME THEN WOULDNT RETURN IT OR TRADE IT ONCE I WENT BACK. CALLED CORPORATE AND WAS SPOKEN TO RUDLY AND THEY HAS NI CONCERN ON MY ISSUE. DO. NOT USE METRO. ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON SEVENTH IN PLANO TX. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. RUDE AND SCAMMERS IF YOUR INFO.
