If Google had the option I’d give Metroflex even more stars. Been a member since 2017 and I’ve seen this gym undergo massive transformation into what it is now. Management is incredible and has created the ideal training environment with upgraded equipment and a vision to continually improve. It’s an addictive environment, and the members provide encouragement I haven’t seen outside of a team environment. If you’re looking to check it out, go ahead. You won’t regret it!

Love this gym ! Completely remodeled by the new owner . Friendly staff, great culture. Good mixture of equipment for different goals . Highly recommend !

Best gym in the area by a mile. There’s working out and there’s training. Bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman , this is your gym. This is where people go to train who have goals and are serious about reaching them. Ron is serious and doesn’t cut corners.People are great , shakes, pre workouts are available to buy and he doesn’t overcrowd with memberships just for money. Metroflex has changed my training with offering the tools and equipment you just won’t find anywhere else.

Phenomenal gym. If you're looking to get stronger or really build out your physique(powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding), this should be your 2nd home. It's not for everyone. Great atmosphere, great community, great employees, great owner. It starts at the top with the owner and feeds into the entire staff and atmosphere of the gym.

Interested in coming back…Curious though if I’ll be getting phone calls about my bill prior to it being due ? I would get 2-4 calls and it would distract from my daytime job

Unlike any other gym in the area, makes you push harder and get the job done and it continues to improve with new equipment and modifications. Definitely check it out.

I had to recently cancel my membership for my own reasons, but I want to give this place a 5 star review with how simple it was to cancel. No complicated process that takes months to go through, no need to send some certified letter to their home office, just walked in, asked to cancel and that's it. With how hard it is to cancel memberships at other places i have to give credit where it's due. The gym is great, and has seen many improvements in the 2 years I've been here. Would recommend to anyone in the area

This place has changed drastically since new ownership. Always upgrading and changing for the better. Nice to go to a gym that has an owner who takes pride in his business! Also plenty of trainers available if you’re looking to take it to the next level. ??
