I have been going to Meredith for quite some time, and had been happy with the service, until nowLast week I dropped off some cloths do be dry cleaned. I picked them up, and the following day, put on one of the shirts, only to find a large hole in the left sleeve. Later that day, I returned to Meredith and showed them the shirt, and that it had been damaged by the cleaners. I was told to return the following day for an explanation. When I returned, I was told that the damage had been done before I had the shirt cleaned. Yeah. Right. I tore a giant hole in the left sleeve of the shirt and didn't notice it. They blatantly lied to me. I will never give them my business again.

This place is over priced, never was asked if I wanted shirts starched and quality is horrible! I will not use them. I was charged 84.00 !

I tried literally EVERYTHING to get these black grease-like stains out of my white coats. I mean bleach, oxy-clean, enzyme cleans, soaking and washing multiple times. It was my first time at Meredith's and I came today to pick them up - PERFECTION! 10/10 I would recommend. My coat is white as can be with no horrendous spots anywhere. Not only was it great service, it was very cost effective! I was told it would be complete Wednesday and they were finished 2 days early. Win, win, win on all fronts. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Something changed with how they clean clothes lately and I will not be back. They are a little over 3 times more expensive for a dress shirt than a decent place on Preston but I still went because I don't get much cleaned and it is very close to my house. The last three times I had dress shirts cleaned, there were problems. The first two times there were creases from the press that I had to iron out myself because I didn't have time to take it back before wearing. The third time, the collars on both of my shirts, expensive shirts by the way, were ripped to shreds. Some of the threads in one of the shirts were ripped as well. I took it back and they were going to look into it. After not hearing back, I went back a couple days later and they wanted to charge me for cleaning the shirts! They told me the damage was from normal wear and tear. That is impossible that all of that damage happened to two different shirts and they were totally fine before. Their way to make this issue better was to not charge me for the cleaning of the shirts...that will just have to throw away because they are not wearable. I asked for a call from the person that actually runs the cleaning operation so we'll see if that happens and maybe I can update my review. But when you ruin my shirts and refuse to take ANY responsibility, charge a lot more than competition and still have creases from the press, I'll find one of the 50 other cleaners nearby to take my business.

High prices, poor customer service, and it takes at least 2 days to get your clothes back. I dropped off 4 garments Thursday afternoon and couldn't pick them up again until Monday afternoon for $21. Ridiculous.
