On July 26, 2021, one of their drivers totaled my mother's car while it was parked in front of our home. Joel McDonald originally acted like they would do right by us. He wanted to tow our car away and see what it would cost for repair. When we told him it would be totaled, he came back and said this would be handled by their insurance. 15 days later we were given an insulting offer from the insurance company. Yes, the car is totaled just in case you were wondering. We thought they would at least give us enough to replace the vehicle since it was clearly their fault, but no. They offered about half of that. Now, Joel, this guy who pretended this would be handled fairly, won't answer his phone. The company was unapologetic and blew me off just as he did. We just wanted them to do what is right and make up the difference between what insurance is willing to pay and what it will cost to replace the car, but they have zero intentions of doing anything.Thank you MEI for this warm welcome to Royse City. You must feel real nice after destroying something that didn't belong to you, and then getting away with not replacing it. I hope people see this post and realize that you didn't do the right thing over a few grand. Just wait until one of your customers has a high priced disagreement with you. There is no way they can count on you to do the right thing in that situation, unless it benefits you, of course. I'm sure they can make a lot more noise than I can. Best of luck to y'all.April

I don't normally deal with riggers for removal of items I purchase. I recently purchased several items at auction in San Antonio TX of which I was short on man power for loading. I was made an offer by MEI of which I accepted not knowing what to expect from them. I have to say it was the best money spent by me in a while. Totally impressed by the effort put into the load out of my items. After seeing what was actually required to get this stuff loaded, I can only say it was a very fortunate thing I had them around.

I have decades in the shipping industry under my belt. I can honestly say that my interaction with the operator today is one of the most shocking I've ever had. I called to inquire about export packing and I heard the operator audibly sigh and slam the phone down. Is this how you train your employees? I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Has a truck driver this is not a good business to deliver or pick up, there rule is first come first serve and they DON'T follow the rule. This employee need to also get trained on how truck driver work specially if you are from out of town because we have electronic logs. Local drivers don't have to deal with this they probably get pay per hour. Us we don't truck don't move we don't get paid..... So if you are a truck driver expect delay. I really hope this change for better.
