Maverick Awards was great to work with! I made a last minute change after the original jacket had already been shipped out, and they sent me a label and replaced the jacket at no cost! Thank you!

They messed up the body and sleeve color of my jacket proceeded to take 4 extra months to get it remade and instead of shipping it when it was done to AT LEAST make up for their mistake waits until the rest of the schools letterman jackets are ready for shipping. This is ridiculous! These jackets are incredibly important to some of these kinds and most of them have worked their butts off to even be consisted for one. Do better, make an effort to fix your mistakes rather than making your customers wait almost 3 times as long.

Maverick Awards has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for 4 patches on April 5, 2023. They told me it could take up to 8 weeks for these to be completed, and they would call me to then drop off her jacket to add on the patches. It took nine weeks for 4 patches. Yet, that's the same amount of time it takes for a whole jacket and patches to be done??? They finally call me to let me know the patches were ready, and to bring the jacket in to get the patches put on. They did it within an hour, great! I went back in on June 13, 2023 to have them add her rank and year to the back of the jacket. They told me it would take 2 weeks. That turned into 1 month. I get their to pick up the jacket, and saw that they did the order incorrectly, not what was on my order form. I can only assume it will take another month, plus they will probably leave stitch marks in the jacket where they stitched in the wrong place. When they get my jacket done, it had better not have any stitch marks showing. I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other places to get patch work done.

All I can say is my son's letterman was dropped off on November 2nd and paid in full for the patches. I have not gotten a call but finally started calling December 29th and told they had a issue with getting the color for one of the patches (all maroon and white) but it would be ready the following Tuesday. Needless to say no call.... called back 2 weeks later and told we will check in the back and call you. No call... Called again a couple days later and same thing. It is now January 27th! I called and was finally told it was sitting in the back with the patches and just hadn't been done! November 2nd!!!!! But no worries they will put the rush on it and we can it up tomorrow!!! We will see! To be continued... PS last name is Lair, Mesquite Highschool if anyone at Maverick would like to actually respond or just have the jacket ready before he leaves for college!!!

Well, I have always loved our experience with Maverick Awards, but our last experience wasn't the best. We had ordered a patch over four months ago. She said it would take awhile. They had always been so good about calling to let us know when our order is ready, and I didn't mind waiting. Today, I started counting the months that had gone by and decided it was time to call. She had no record of it, but finally located it. She said she would leave a note and leave it up front. I came to drop off the jacket and they again struggled to find it. Thankfully, they finally did. I asked why it took so long and nobody called and she blames Covid and the supply chain. That didn't sit well with me because I am under the impression that the patch has been there for weeks lost in a basket somewhere. I am to assume if I had not called that it would have been lost forever because they didn't seem to have any way of contacting me. She went through the rest of football season and all of basketball season with an incomplete jacket which would have been fine if everyone was trying their best. I told her that I should ask to get it half off, because she is graduating in about two months. That didn't bring a reaction so then I said well would someone at least just say they are sorry for the inconvenience? She finally said that yea she was sorry, but then she said that the main thing is that it did get on the jacket. I would have never left a negative review if they had just been a little more accepting of their mistake and either genuinely apologized and/or offer a discount. Since they did neither I did want to leave a review. I am sad this was our last experience with them and every time I see that patch I will remember. I gave two stars because they didn't completely lose it and they did put it on within twenty minutes.

The salesperson I had was incredibly nice to me!! I came in right as they were about to close and I was still able to get measured for my letterman. The service was amazing and the salesperson was very patient as well.

The staff here is not friendly at all. No one seems happy to assist. Not rude but just really dry attitudes. Its a shame that reviews from two years ago have addressed the same concerns and nothing has changed.

Sorry, I was in the store this morning. They had a bad customer service. They were very rude. I was waiting and waiting and they did not pay attention. The sizes were to small. They did not help me with this.

Maverick is the BEST. I’ve used them for all of our golf senior gifts the last 3 years, I’ve used them for framing jerseys, and now I used them for the best Father’s Day gift! I sent them my grandfathers medals, a photo, and his discharge paper and asked them to frame for me. The package arrive to them on a Wednesday, they had arranged, framed, and shipped on Thursday, and it was delivered on Friday. Just in time for Father’s Day. I’m sure there are many wonderful framers in Houston but I’ll gladly send my stuff to Dallas so I get to use Maverick. Their customer service is first class!

Maverick Awards is simply, incredible. Huge shout out to Chris for his help and patience as this old man was getting his letterman's jacket after 40 years of not receiving one. I know it is just a jacket, but it means so much more. To finally have my letterman's jackets from my university and to pass down to my grandson. Thank you again Chris and Maverick Awards!

My daughter and I came in to have her measured for her Letterman in November...I just picked up the jacket! 3 MONTHS!!! No one ever called to tell us it was in, even though when we ordered and put the deposit down they said we would get a call!. We had to call multiple times to get a status on the jacket. My daughter finally called earlier this week and she was told it was in ready but in the "balance due closet". I called ahead today to verify it was ready for pick up and I was told the same thing. When I got here to pick up the jacket and pay the balance....THEY WERE SEWING ON HER PATCHES!!! This was one of the most disappointing companies I have ever had to "work"with. Very unprofessional and exceedingly disappointing customer experience!!!

I am coaching a new baseball team and did a lot of shopping around for new uniforms and hats. I called Maverick to get pricing and was greeted with a friendly voice and the prices were so good I ordered them on the spot, as we need new stuff I know where I will be ordering from. What I was sold on the most is that most places were 2 months or more and Maverick was able to cut that time frame in almost half.
