This place is fantastic! The entire staff are kind and attentive to your needs. Andy is a master of his art! He has over 20+ years doing this and you can tell. He works very hard to make sure his clients happy! When I first went to his shop I had a full set from another that I had been going to for years and my stylist no longer there. He asked if it would be ok to start from scratch. When he removed the nails, all but 3 had fungus!!! He worked diligently to grow healthy nails!.
I would go anywhere else!!

I would not recommend. Called ahead they said they could get us in. We got there and they lied. Made us wait in the chairs for 30 minutes before they got to us. Wouldn't offer drinks either. What a scrappy experience. The 3rd person with us changed his mind it took so long.

Expensive for simple mani pedi service ($75). Technicians are not skillful nor artistic, they don't know how to file and shape my nails nicely, I had to file myself to my wanting. Technicians don't know how to design flowers on nails either and just rely on stickers. Massage is very quick and whatever so I didn't get to enjoy it. First visit and last for me.

Absolute worst experience ever. We called ahead and they said they could getvus in. We got there and they made us waitbsooooo long in our chairs. Liars. They offered no drinks. Rude as heck. Sorry we came here. Ruined our night.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. i went into the salon asking for a SINPLE SQUARE SET, and a solid color. he completely rushed through, not bothering to buff ONE WHOLE HAND!!! the nails were misshapen, discolored, and overall NOT what i asked for. when i confronted him, i told him i did not like them and politely asked for him to remove the nails and give me my money back. he instantly became defensive, aggressive, and rude, and brought another customer into the situation that i did not know. he kept asking why i did not like them, raising his voice, even after i gave NUMEROUS reasons. he cut the tips off and left the rest, did not remove the nails as requested, and proceeded to rudely ask why me and my friend were still there, and tell us we wasted his time. will NEVER BE BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Warning- BEWARE of this place!!!!! The owner ANDY is horribly aggressive, rude and unprofessional. He YELLED at me in front of the whole salon because he said I was looking at “too many colors” and Got up and left in the middle of manicure and then told me to leave because he has another customer coming in. My nails are half unfinished as I’m walking out. Worst nail salon and experience in my life. These people should be reported.

I was getting my car service in the area around 10:15 am so I decided to get my nails done.I walked in as there was no meet or greet - just.. what do you want done! I mentioned I wanted a full set. The lady yelled we’re busy! The young lady she was assisting turned and looked at me.A man voice said something to the mail tech.. and that’s when she decided to get up and check for any opening, her demeanor was so unprofessional and her customer communication was worst. She then asked if I could come back at 1:30, I politely declined letting her know that I would be going somewhere else…Never in my life will I ever go back or recommend anyone there.Being rude to customers first time or not can definitely hurt any business and reputation.

I can't express enough how amazing my experience was at Malibu Nails today. Andy not only did my nails, but he did a silk wrap for me, which has been impossible to get done in the DFW area. No one offers Silk Wrap anymore because it's so time-consuming and intricate, but Andy did! And my nails are BEAUTIFUL. I didn't want to do dip anymore, and now I don't have to. Thank you so much, Andy!!! I will see you in two weeks for a fill!!!
