Nassar and his crew go above and beyond for their customers. I needed something printed for an event. Apparently I sent the wrong format, but they were very patient in notifying me and getting it figured out. The item printed was stellar. I was very pleased and grateful. Top notch customer service.

Had an appointment for one of their services and it was such an easy experience. I got there a little early and they immediately assisted. The associate was super friendly and helpful and made the whole process super simple and much quicker than I anticipated. They also have some designated parking spots for the store right in the front, which is always nice in a shopping center with so many different stores.

This is an excellent place for mailing, shipping, mailbox service, and even a boutique for gifts, but my favorite part is their printing service.I am so glad to have a local business for my printing and not have to order online that can result in pixelating or diluted colors.The staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped me select the perfect size for my project. I got a gorgeous wall photo print about 70”x48”I love it!! It makes my salon suite look professional while showcasing my work. I definitely recommend them!I forgot…. once you give them an address for shipping, it stays in their system, so future pkgs to that recipient is already in the system, as well as return address. This means time/saving and efficiency. I can get grumpy with the redundancy of dealing with US Mail, so I appreciate them having my recipients handy for me.When you go the Post Office, they are cold and militant. You start over from scratch every single time when you go to US Mail, but not with The Mailing Point. They are geared for the long haul and customer service. The staff here are fun, personable, real, and they care about serving their client base.I truly recommend them for all your shipping, mailing, print, copy needs, and more.I won’t use on-line companies ever again. I moved to McKinney, but I do all my business with The Mailing Point for the services they provide. I’m gonna stop gushing over them, but I have to add one last thing…. communication is Everything. They are REAL people and respond via phone or email in very timely manner. They really can’t be beat.Plus, I was grumpy one time and was out of line. They let me roll out of it without a foul. They had professional grace. That is worth more than money can buy. I’m actually grateful they are willing to do business with me after my bad behavior.

Today, Sunday January 29 was not my first trip here and won’t be my last. Always great customer service and the young lady today was awesome and very efficient. They have so many services that they offer and great gifts too.

Went in before Christmas to send out home video tapes to be converted for my in-law's Christmas gift. The owner asked what the cost was (since I was just the "courier" I had no clue). Found out that he converts tapes on site so I got the go-ahead to leave them there to be converted. End result: Saved over $100.00 and got the converted videos on flash drive as well as on DVDs. Best part is that it was all done before Christmas Eve!!!Absolutely fantastic service, great results, and incredible value!! Will definitely recommend!

We love this small business! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a whole bunch of stuff including a notary and they were able to take care of everything! They even gave us a delicious treat!
