Buyer Beware if you order online from Macy's!!!I've had no problem in the past receiving my orders when FedEx was used. When I spoke to a Macy's customer service rep the other day regarding my missing order, I was informed that my Door Dash (!) delivery person stated that it was dropped off with the neighbors. First, we have an open glass door in the front, with a note posted for deliveries to be placed inside. Secondly, BOTH our neighbors were gone out of town (I checked with them both); they received no packages of mine.Macy's has refused to reship (the expensive cologne set for my husband) or refund my money based on a Door Dash delivery person stating that it was delivered.Christmas is coming, I would not gamble on a delivery from MACY'S! That's money just gone!! They've lost a 30 years loyal customer, with not a care...

This Macys location review was at the Willow bend Mall. Tessinia was the one who gave us attentions looking for the best woman perfume. She is not just selling to make money but the value of her service was excellent! It took quite a while what perfume I want for myself. My husband & I extremely unexpected the way she treat us. So patient, friendly, good listener, respectful & knowledgeable about colognes/perfumes. Thank you so much I received my Coco Channel! The New one!!! I am happy that arrived so quick!

ASTHMA WARNING DANGER. After standing in line at the returns area to return a Clinique product, I was told I had to return it to the cosmetics department. I walked through the entire make-up section several times before the one sales lady on duty asked if she could help. While walking through the area, I noticed how heavily the air was fragranced with perfume. Despite wearing a mask, by the time I was helped by the sales lady, I was beginning to have trouble breathing and used my inhaler twice. After the sales lady told me I could not get a money refund and I asked to talk to her manager, I was having more trouble breathing so I walked over by the door to wait for the manager and used my inhaler twice again. Despite using my inhaler, the heavy presence of perfume in the air sent me to the ER for a breathing treatment, a steroid injection, and 5 days of 50 mg steroid tablets. There were very few people in the store, and I do not understand why there was so much perfume throughout the cosmetics area. I reached out to Macy's management to discuss this safety hazard, but they did not return my call. In addition to the sales lady, security personnel witnessed my discomfort, but I do not know if they reported it. If you, or a loved one, has any sort of asthma or allergies, I would highly recommend you stay out of Macy's.

This is by far the worst Macy's location I have been too. You can see why this mall is on its last leg trying to survive. I highly recommend going to a different mall. Frisco is worth the drive. The store manager is no help when trying to make a return. So much for being a Macy's platinum card holder it's pointless when you get crappy service. I should have known better based on the other reviews.

I called Macy's Willow Bend and asked if they had the size shoe I wanted that I found at the Macy's in Stonebrook Mall in Frisco, TX. First, their automated system does not have men's clothing listed. When I spoke to a women, she said they had it but quote "They may be broken, so I should go to a different store to find them" "Huh"...I said. I then asked if she could put me through to someone in the men's shoe department so they can pull the shoe and see if they are broken. LOL. She said no one was there, took my name and number and stated someone would call me back. To date, no call back. What has happen to service these days?

I went into Macy's Willow Bend today for the first time in many months, and felt like I was in an episode of the Walking Dead. The store itself is rundown and reminded me of shopping in an old dirty warehouse. The carpet in the womens department looked filthy and stained. Most dressing rooms were closed and those that were open were extremely dark and dingy. There is very little merchandise and almost impossible to find anyone that works there. We are way beyond the Covid excuse, so I am thinking maybe they are going to close this location, or even the whole mall. I went to Target after my Macys visit and what a contrast! Clean, well lit, shelves full of nicely displayed merchandise, and store staff to help you! I used to love Macy's, but won't be back to this store, sadly

My husband and I like shopping at this particular Macy's because it is never packed with customers. Parking is easy and I especially like the clearance section! Other Macy's offer clearance items scattered throughout the store. Not here! I love my bargains, and this makes it easy to find those great prices. We will definitely return!

Haven't been in a Macy's in a very long time but decided to swing by. I had a large drink and needed to use the restroom before I started shopping, it's very hard to shop when you have to pee. I asked the First Lady at the makeup counter if she can point me to the restroom, she grunted in irritation, didn't even look at me and waved her hand in an inconspicuous manner and said "level 2". I got to level 2 and an employee walked passed me, "Excuse me, can you please point me to the restroom?" She looked at me up & down and walked away. "Ooooookay" I said aloud. I then walked up to a lady who looked like she was reticketing children's clothes and asked if she could tell me where the restroom was. She barely looked at me, waved her hands in a direction that looked like: left, right, up and down and upside down, then said "over there!" I took my best guess and walked to "over there", I couldn't find a restroom sign. Finally ran into another worker who I asked where the restroom was, she looked at me then talked through me to another employee "get that pile and bring it over here" "Ooookkay" I said... Then a nice customer to walked passed me, "the restrooms are that way" I was so excited to use the bathroom so I can get to shopping. But upon arriving to the bathroom I knew something was wrong... it was Erie. Smelled literally like poo and omg! Good heavens! It was soooo disgusting the thought of shopping slipped my mind. I ran out so fast, I should be in in Beijing competing in the Olympics. So the combination of the Alice & Wonderland characters and puzzles and the poopy bathroom... I won't be coming back.

Such a huge disappointment! Do you want a sale or not? Mens fragrance had a pre- sale at Macys- so I was there on Friday night around 6:30 - not one salesperson was around. Waited for 30 mins despite another salesperson requesting for assistance. No one responded. Silly me I returned Saturday around 11:00 am - and again no one was around. After another 30 mins- I called the store and requested for assistance. An courteous Salesperson called for help. Finally- someone came and I was so disappointed they ran out of the fragrance I wanted. No suggestions on other choices. Just flat out ' sorry we're out' . I walked out in disgust . Can't believe this is they type of customer service I received from a this Macys store I have always frequented. Never again Macys

Finding what I needed in the store was no problem. But if I relied on the cashier for help in this store......oh no. It makes me glad I had shopped at this store before or I wouldn't go back at all. Trying to talk with her about anything was like talking to the counter. When I asked her for a manager the only (actual help), but I didn't like this person at all and if she were the only person in the dept. I was shopping in, I flat would not shop in there again. Don't expect help from this cashier unless you pry it out of her. I have had much better service at Macy's before, but back then employees actually cared.

Let me just start off this message by stating that I came in a VERY good mood with my family to shop for the day after July 4th sale. The area of focus for my purchase today was home/decor. We had the worst luck of being "helped" by sales person Rosita. I use air quotes because it was the LACK of help that we actually received. My mother came in super excited to find the comforter and quilt she's been dreaming of. When we tried to get assistance from Rosita she immediately seemed bothered/flustered that she actually had to do some work. Our first issue was that we asked to see the comforter version of a duvet the response we received was "well it's the same as what's out there". I then had to repeat myself and tell her that we wanted to feel the comforter for the plushiness and we got rolled eyes and a sigh. We made our purchase of over $400 and didn't want to carry all of our merchandise, we asked if she could hold the merchandise for a couple hours while we shopped and then pick it up on the way out. Again we received a sigh and eye roll and she came up with an excuse so that she didn't have to do the extra work. I said, "forget it, it's fine". She then responded, "next time park closer to the entrance so it's easier". I responded and told her that we wanted to continue shopping so it didn't matter. I'm honestly very disappointed in the lack of assistance and customer service we received. When she noticed I was getting frustrated she said that the store was very busy... however, my family were the only customers on that entire floor. Please note that Rosita was not wearing her mask properly either. Please see photos. I'm very disappointed in my experience today at Macy's in the Willow Bend mall.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Susie in Men's fragrances. She was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to help me out. Macy's no longer carries the fragrance I was looking for but she did recommend another that I will be back to purchase from her. Thanks Susie, see you again, soon.

Woohoo! I just had the best experience at Macy's!! I had purchased a rug on-line and it just didn't work for my home. When I opened the package, I loved the colors and size. I thought I would keep it. Once I got the rug home it didn't match anything, and I said...."Oh well, I guess I will try and return this, didn't have the tag but had reciepts. There was a lady named " Toni" who came down to help me with my return! I was so thankful that she helped me through the return process and while watching employee's, everyone was enjoying their jobs. What a great experience! Thank you, Toni where ever you are, YOU are a true Rockstar!!
