The worst saloon ever
They won’t even listen. My dad came to United States recently from a very backward village in India, he doesn’t even know what is eyebrow shaping means but I believe he can do a Better job using kitchen knife.

There is a lady named Bella, she was talking to the other lady the whole time she was doing my eyebrows, I told her many times it’s just clean up, and extras she make both my eyebrows In totally different shape. Very disappointed

I go to this salon for all my beauty services. Bela Patel is efficient. She takes her time and gives excellent services, like when she did my hair color. I suggest this salon to other ladies too.

Worst experience ever!!! Would have given a negative start if there was any. Came here for full face wax and got bruised like someone beat me up. It hurts a lot and my face is ruined. Can’t go anywhere with looking like this. You people really need to change your staff or this is going to be the end of your business. This is not the first time this happened. Last time when I got my face waxed they hurt my face. But gave them some slack . But the same thing happening for the second time is not done for me. I think I should be reimbursed for this. I’m going to add photos of my experience of the present and the one before that!

Hello Kaya Saloon.. Make sure your staff at Subzi Mandi/Taj DO NOT demand 15 to 20% tip and make customers feel awkward at the payment counter. We were told next time on we should be giving them 15 to 20% tip.Service: Hair threading

Could be good for ladies but definitely not for gents haircut. I had a haircut here, and hairs are not cut evenly.

Went for a hair color and facial and eyebrows. Firdous and Niharika were just awesome. Their friendliness , and the the service quality is the best in Plano Frisco area. Firdous worked on me and my sister and made us feel very fresh after her facial. Just come to this location and see for yourself. You won’t regret it

I opted Kaya salon to take several services(threading, facial, pedicure, henna for hands and hair) for my baby shower function. First of all owner swapna was very polite and gave me good customer experience. All the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. All my services were done by Firdouse. Firdouse did excellent job , she is also very polite, friendly and answered all the my questions with patience. I really loved her massage during facial. She also stayed after her shift hours to make sure all get all the services I requested for. The prices were little higher but service was good. Overall I had a good experience and I recommend this salon.Services: Eyebrow threading

I did my hair cut there...An old lady did the hair styling..fully she spoiled my hair and I said 2 inch ... but she cut into too short..pls dnt go there for hair cut...and they were rude too...

Took my boy and girl for a haircut , before cutting haircut asked if able to cut hair for boy , responded they were able to, so asked to proceed.. basically messed up boys hair, incompetency and how dare they charge a fee $15-even after messing up boys haircut, shameless and greedy , worst place : will not go there again ; ended up going to a haircut across the street to fix the mess up caused .. not only water my time and money, will report this to Austin to revoke license ,Services: Waxing
