Been filing here for 3-4 years. Kept coming back because the customer service and patience was great. However today I was met with rudeness and unwillingness to work. The same woman in the back corner who’s been handling my 1099’s for years stated she don’t do 1099 and to go to another location. When I asked when that changed since I been coming for years she rudely told the other woman to pull up my file. As I’m filling out my information sheet I can hear her tell the man she was chatting with that she don’t like doing 1099s. Very unprofessional. Do we not go to work to work? I came to this location specifically because this woman has been so kind in the past. Perhaps my presence disturbed her conversation with the man? Very unprofessional and lazy work ethic.
