The customer experience at this location is excellent. Every time I go into the store, I am greeted, approached, the employees make a personal connection, offer assistance and always recommend additional product. They do it in a way that makes me feel like we are best friends and on top of providing an excellent experience, their visuals are ALWAYS on point!!
This visit I was BTS shopping with my very picky niece. Eric assisted her with finding the right pair of jeans. She wanted distressed, low rise, baggy. She was very particular about where the holes were so he told her about the option of having them customized. While she was in the fitting room, I was approached by Garrett who immediately acted as if we were besties. He had such a fun, genuine, outgoing personality and was very helpful with my niece when drawing out the spots she wanted to customize. Natalie joined in with Garrett during this and was also so sweet and very genuine as well. We were visiting from Oklahoma so we were unable to get the distress done (they offered to have them shipped and I declined. Sorry ): )
As someone with 10 years experience in the industry, I am always nit picking the “customer experience” and very observant of the staff when I go into stores. You can tell that every employee loves what they do by the way they interact with customers and each other. I have been into this location multiple times and have had a great time each visit even if I don’t see Eric working which speaks volumes about his staff and leadership. As an SM you always hope that your team is able to run the show and exceed expectations even when you’re not there and his does a great job. I believe that your team and store environment is a direct reflection of your leadership skills so fabulous job, Eric! If I was still an SM, I would’ve been trying to recruit the heck out of him and his team!
Tax free weekend is very stressful and overwhelming for retail workers and you guys still made sure we had an excellent time anyway. Thank you and stay amazing!!

They literally turned all the jeans around backwards so you can't find a size without pulling the whole stack out, its 90 degrees, the dressing room attendant let someone else in my room, then there was no where to leave what I didn't want to get.

Where do I start? This is probably the best Levi’s store I’ve ever been to. They were able to help me order all these pants and more, and their attention to detail and preciseness with me on how the order would come was great. I will be telling all my friends about them and buying from this store from now on. Special shoutout to Devin, Garrett, Ty, and Eric; they knocked it out of the park with this one.

The staff at the Levi store is knowledgeable about their jeans. The jeans hold up and are very durable lasting a long time.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to say what amazing customer service this place has! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience today (received help from 2 different staff members on the hunt for the perfect jeans) that we found ourselves talking about them over our lunch that followed. :) Felt like we were in a high end boutique. Thank you Levi’s for maintaining a high standard that is hard to find these days!

I usually go in to stores look around aimlessly and find something I just end up settling for and sits in my closet because it doesn’t fit me how I wanted or other. As soon as I walked in Melissa greeted me with a warm smile and an extremely helpful demeanor, she immediately found out what I was looking for and picked out 4 different options to ensure I found the right piece. She pointed me to the dressing room and checked up on me more than once to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, to be honest I found better. If it weren’t for her incredible customer service I would’ve ended up just buying a pair of jeans I was just meh about, rather than finding the perfect jean I was looking for. The amazing thing was there were two other customers I over heard her treating with the exact same care and expertise that I had received. @ Levi’s corporate if you see this I know you guys don’t get to be around for over 100 years by not taking care of your employees, so I implore you to please ensure Melissa is well taken care of because this was hands down the most seamless and enjoyable retail purchase I’ve ever made and it’s all because the care Melissa puts into her work.

Awesome selection and help from the staff. Brought my daughters jacket it to get it custom tailored. The tailor made great suggestions that ended up being better than what we wanted. Will be coming back. Thank you Devin and Jazz
