I went to buy lampshades from this store. There were not many with the price tag on them but I grabbed two to take to the counter. The lady behind the counter was on the phone telling stories and laughing which was fine when I realized she was also taking an order. She never acknowledged me so I tried to locate the items on a kiosk without success. I turned and waited 3-5 minutes while she took her order- again never acknowledging me. Then she started talking about her vacation to this client. Not once lifting an acknowledging finger, head mod or "hold on" & I'll be with you in a moment. What the heck has happened to customer service? She was not young so can't blame on them!

I’ve bought all my light fixtures here. Everyone seems to be very helpful. One of my fixtures started to turn color and they help me replace it! The manager Keegan and Mr Yav were so nice and helpful. This is exactly why I buy here! When something is wrong , thy don’t just dismiss you and the problem. They found a way to help me!

If you ever go to this location as for Kay, she is a certified interior designer consultant and every light fixture I imagined for my new home she was to able to replicate. She is not a pushy person salesperson and was able to work with me on pricing and keeping me within my budget.
