I was there on Saturday November 8th I was told that my wife’s where all chewed up. Will I got a second opinion from somewhere else and they told me my wires where not chewed up. Glad I came to a ford place . I will never be back y’all have messed my car up so much so now I am getting everything fixed right . You have lost my business

I’ve been coming here since I was 17, I’m 31 now. My family went here before they left texas. There’s been problems in the past, but they were pretty rare. These last few years though have been a mess. I don’t know how responsible Marvin is, it’s his responsibility to hire good people, but the staff here have been tugging me around and wasting my time and money. Most recently I came in for a malfunctioning blinker. The cashier Monse (i think she gave me a false name) tells me they can do an additional diagnostic for $140. I say no, I just want them to check out the blinker. As I walk to a restaurant she calls me and tells me they’re ready to do the diagnostic and it’ll take about an hour. I said, no- no diagnostic, just check the blinker. I come back, Marvin tells me they’re almost done replacing all of my lights. Huh?! I said I never asked for light replacements, and why all of them?? Monse says it’s $192. I tell them I’m not paying for something I didn’t ask for. I also have places I need to be, I can’t wait any longer. She walks away for some time, eventually when she comes back I ask her what’s going on, she says they’re taking the lights back out and I gotta wait longer. I shouldn’t have to wait, I didn’t ask for this! So now all my plans for today are shot, and she says I shouldn’t complain because there’s no charge for today. I ask her why? I never said I wasn’t willing to pay for the blinker inspection, once again Kwik Kar is just making decisions without asking the customer! Now they can’t close my trunk for some reason, and because one of the mechanics is incapable of fixing the trunk they gave to wait for Marvin to come back and now I have to wait longer! I believe they’re screwing with me. To hell with this.

My first time there. They do wonderful work. Absolutely nice people. I got brakes, state inspection and windshield wipers. My vehicle felt brand new as I was driving home. Im a satisfied customer.

Walked in last Saturday to get my emissions testing done. There was already a number of people who had brought their cars in before me but was told the wait for an emissions test would only be 20 min or so. I really thought it would be longer but it got done within that time frame. I’ve gotten oil changes here before and the service has been very good then too. Everyone working the front counter is very professional and nice. I will definitely continue going to this Midway location. They are awesome.

Took my RAV4 to Kwik Kar for an oil change, rotors, and brakes, and the service was excellent. Marvin, the GM, really took the time to make sure everything was done right and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The price was fair and honest, and now I feel completely confident driving my RAV4 to Destin with my family. Big thanks to Marvin and his team—definitely a place I recommend.

I have been coming to this location for over 25 years and today will be my final day to ever enter their doors again. I came for an oil change and asked if they could check my Freon level. Nothing wrong with my AC it just wasn't blowing as cold. They wanted to charge me 179.00. Left and took my car to a friend who is a mechanic. I needed 2 cans of freon 40.00 and they wanted to charge me 179.00 just to tell me I needed Freon. Picture POSTED!!!! Greedy price gouging BUSINESS!!! LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER 40.00
