This was the quickest my can has ever been taken care of. I’ve been to many Kwik cars and it has taken forever to get in and out. The recommendations they gave me were appropriate for my mileage. Did not feel pressured into anything, but did receive some recommendations for the future. Alejandro is great and I will continue to come here while I love in the area.

Was originally going to get a Oil Change at Christian Brothers but the price I was going to get charged was RIDICULOUS. I called KKL&T to get a quick price check and decided to get it done there. I was VERY pleased and happy with how quickly they did it with GREAT AND OUTSTANDING customer service. Anytime I need an Oil change, this will be my spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 1000%. Alfredo is the man.

My engine light came on, so I stopped by and the manager said that I need to pay $135 for a diagnostic test. They did it and he said that my fuel cap it’s not good. I said no way, I just replaced it like a year ago. Sarcastically, he said” What, are you a mechanic”? I said no, but it’s not that. I paid for the diagnostic, went and bought a new fuel cap, reset the light and of course the light came back. I went back in and he said he can diagnose it again. No sir, I want a refund for a service you didn’t provide, I paid for a diagnostic and you didn’t diagnose the problem. He start arguing with me that he can’t do that. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen, what an attitude !
. Stay away from this place , they are not able to provide a service, they just take your money then they give you a run around. Very dissatisfied

The service was exceptional and super quick and the way Emily handled the state inspection was outstanding. I am recommending this place if you want a hassle free vehicle inspection. I will have this place as a go to spot for oil change and any vehicle related services and Kudos to Emily for providing top notch service.

Nice enough guys, but they aggressively upsell and really don’t take no for an answer. Also, they will not accept Kwik Kar corporate coupons. No reason given other than “our owner doesn’t like us to take them.”

Wanted a quick inspection on my car and first went to a competitor about a half block south. Multiple cars in line and a harried-looking attendant. So I circled back to Kwik Kar and they were fast, competent, and professional! Thank you!!
