It was my first visit here, and I had a great experience. I didn't get the name of the guy who checked me in, then processed my card and checked out, but he was very friendly and helpful. Alfredo was AMAZING! He was SO helpful, explained everything thoroughly, was funny and nice, and I never felt pushed or oversold. He's one of the best!

Genuinely such a pleasant experience - randomly stopped here to get an oil change and my car was immediately taken in. I barely had time to sit in the lobby before my car was ready to go. Great customer service and employees were all very kind. Will definitely return!

Went in for a headlight and turn signal replacement, Alfredo was very knowledgeable and helpful and got the whole thing done over my lunch break. Will definitely be coming back!

Efficient, friendly, and honest! I came in for oil & filter changes, with no appointment, and car was being serviced in less than 20min. Alfredo walked me through what needed doing before starting any work and actually showed me what he was working on. I’d also like to thank Dustin for taking care of me in front. Bonus: the lobby is big, air conditioned, and they have drinks if you need ‘em. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, guys!

I asked them to send me the receipt in the email. He took down my email address. I reminded him twice before leaving. He said he is going to do it. Never got back to it. Receipt is not a big deal. I can’t trust the business who can’t keep their word. I wanted to have a soft copy of the receipt because when I asked him to check my old battery’s warranty, the first thing he asked me was if I had the old receipt when I bought the battery 2 years ago. Never going back to this location.

Stay away from this place ! Specially if you want to oil change ! They try to scam me.very bad communication. multiple things we don’t ask for it and charge you 300-400$, Cleaning engine! 🤣.. they think everyone stupid ! Plus

The guys at Discount Tire recommended I pop in to Kwik Kar for the issue with my windshield wiper sprayers not dispensing fluid. Alfredo was courteous and professional and fixed the problem kwikly!

Such appreciation for the guys who work here. I come for my oil changes, but also a few extra maintenance repairs were brought to my attention (new brake pads and brake fluid), and they let me know of what the issues were and why these needed to be fixed asap. Highly recommend people to get their services at this location!
