I tried to call the store and held for a manager for nearly 20 minutes. My cashier today was Kevin. He was incredibly demeaning and disrespectful to another employee that was mentally disabled. I found his behavior atrocious and unacceptable. He should be ashamed of himself. What a sad representation of this store. I will not be back.

I usually stop here because of convenience but from now on I will go elsewhere. I don’t
Like being followed around the store while I’m shopping. Even went as far as following
me outside of the store to my car. I literally have no pockets or purse/bag and I’m still followed this is ridiculous. Please spend your money elsewhere
Went back a month later and still the same thing. I was uncomfortable because this man kept following me around the store and when confronted would not give me his name or anything. This is completely unacceptable.

Solicitors aggressively asking for donations in the self checkout line.
Even in the isles there were multiple people trying to sell solar or other random things. How is Kroger ok with this?

Meats cereal bars and everything including the ksi and logan paul prime hydration drink and with the Nathan's onion rings baozza buns and cupcakes I'm going to need a picnic party. And a hostess twinkeys spinoff called bouncers. Kit kat once a candy and ice cream now has a cereal. Had shopping to do today. Some new stuff today

Worst place to order a cake
I ordered a grad cake for my daughter. It was horrible the icing was watery and grainy..I paid $47 for a mushy cake and bad icicng and the writing was small and misspelled... Horrible

I love Kroger! This particular Kroger is my new favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Produce, bakery, and meat departments are excellent. Alot of times they will have unadvertised specials of the items I buy and can stock up on. Friendly staff. Can get in and out in a timely manner.

Sat in the parking lot to pick up groceries ordered from the app for 40 minutes. Nobody answers phone. Terrible.

So glad to have this Kroger in my neighborhood. Fairly large store so it has a little bit of everything. Employees are friendly and helpful.

This kroger has doubled their inventory items over the past couple of years. They have raised their shelves very high. Tons of selection. Good produce. The checkers are regular and very nice. The staff does not change. I was there one morning when one of the best checkers received a bonus card from the manager. Very well deserved. The attendant in the self check out has been there for years and years. Very attentive. Thank you Kroger.

I only come here when the store at Frankford and Marsh is closed due to lack of employees being able to work the designated store hours. But that's a whole nother story
ROXY, The self checkout manager here tonight Saturday February 24th was amazing! She was a great conversationalist, she helped me with the ridiculous, " help is on the way," error message, and just overall made the end of my evening much better! I hope ROXY here at the Parker in Dallas North toll road location gets recognized because she was extremely kind to me!
Quite frankly I'll probably actually spend the three extra minutes driving just to come up here as long as the employees are just like ROXY! THANKS GIRL ???

I was in this Kroger pretty late last night....between 10:00pm and 11:00pm. One of the young men working there walked me to my car because it was so late. I was very appreciative of that. I wish I had his name, but I didn't get it. This was excellent customer service!
