Thank you to Omar for going above and beyond!! I called looking for a specific prescription and he said he could order it for me. The Kroger pharmacy on Custer I originally go to didn’t offered to order it after I told them the reason I needed it.

Even though I have moved further away from this location, I still come back. Very good service and dependable which I appreciate. The oldest pharmacist there is fantastic to deal with.

I love Kroger pharmacies. Everyone at this location is so helpful and so kind. My insurance changed, now they're out of network, and I'm so sad about it!

One star, even they don’t deserve any.Non professional staff, just trying to slip customers away.I went before holidays to book an appointment for vaccination, refused, as being too busy.Next day was off, so I rescheduled for third day after my initial visit.On arrival, they asked for “IDs”that was the first pharmacy to do so.They refused the same Coupon that I showed them on booking 3 days before.I spent about one useless hour in that incapable place.NOT RECOMMENDED

We placed a delivery order and never received it. You cannot get ahold of customer services or the delivery department. We never received our order.

This pharmacy is amazing! The staff are always nice and ready to help. The Pharmacy Manager, Josh, always goes above and beyond to take care of our needs. He is by far the best Pharmacy Manager I have ever dealt with and I have worked in Pharmacies for 20 years.

The worst grocery store in West Plano. Even Walmart is a better experience. This is not a safe store at night. Constant police calls. Management does not do a good job of keeping enough items on the shelves. Store is constantly dirty.
