Such attitude this morning when I came through the drive thru to pick up a prescription that I thought was ready (prescriber appt was 2-3 days ago)"It's not ready and won't be ready till the 2nd" and I was like oh I thought she already sent it in and the doctor said it was time "how would she know, she doesn't work here" with this snarky sarcastic tone. I just said sorry and drove off. Is it just me or is it getting worse out here?

Horrible experience. Shame on this new pharmacist. The new pharmacist has a lot to learn about patients with chronic illnesses. She shamed my daughter as if she was a user/ addict. She has no knowledge of PTSD or medicalized trauma and refused to fill my daughter’s management medication they have filled for years. She left no room for discussion and furthered contribute to my daughter’s trauma. Out of nowhere she left us scrambling to find a new pharamacy.Per my daughter’s PCP & other doctors she sees on the regular- nothing was out of order. Also, no communication with us was attempted.Shame on you Kroger for allowing a ignorant pharmacist that will not communicate or listen take over.

The pharmacy staff is always very attentive whenever I visit in store or the drive thru. My prescriptions are generally filled next day and often sooner. If they are experiencing a backorder they keep me in the loop and let me know about other locations who may be able to help me out. I do think they could use a couple more techs during the weekdays but they seem to handle the flow of customers pretty well. The only time I experience waits is in the late afternoon in the drive thru. Try to catch them mid morning or right after their lunch break.

As others have indicated, the pharmacy has changed for the worst lately. The manager running the Pharmacy is an approx. 30 year old spinster who always appears bitter and as if she doesn't like her life. She has poisoned some of the rest of the people who work the counter and has made it unpleasant, uncaring and unreliable place to pick up your medications. Whenever you deal with the Pharmacy manager, you realize she really should be in some other business than to be serving customers or dispensing anything that people rely on. She is very unpleasant and uncaring, and has an entitled attitude that she is above you, not very customer oriented or friendly at all. It used to be that they would provide the courtesy to finish the line and to see if anyone is there, then close the window. Now they close it regardless of whether you are in line, arrived at drive thru 11:45am behind 2 cars and could be seen in their mirror. I waited 15 mins to clear 2 cars and can't get my medication because the pharmacy was slow and can't stay another minute to provide the courtesy to finish the last car in the line that was waiting, and so they just put up a sign and leave. When I confronted the manager later, she said "We have to go to lunch at noon! It's our company policy". Just to drop everything like robots and leave. I expressed to her that if they couldn't provide the courtesy to finish one more car in line that was delayed by them before they went to lunch, then they had bigger issues and should be doing something else. She has a very entitled attitude, as do some other minorities that work there. Speaking to the general manager, he said he was appalled at this and assured me he would discuss getting this fixed at his next corporate meeting. But, this is a bitter woman running the pharmacy and she stated that she knew more than the GM and this policy wasn't going to be changed. She asked me why I couldn't just come back, and I asked her to look at my medication. If I had been late, I would have. But, I came with plenty of time and was here on time. No one was ever behind me the entire time I waited, and they served 2 cars and closed on me. She later replied by no longer filling my prescription for a high level pain medication. It's just better to avoid dealing with uncaring people like this when you need to rely on good people to provide consistent support. This is the woke disease infesting normal society. It's a bitter, hateful, childish and entitled attitude. These are adults that never evolved from childhood to be able to be civil, caring adults in society or to think about other people. I feel sad for her. You can't debate or discuss things on a rational level, it's all about them. I've never had problem anywhere in this town with anyone else for the 38 years that I have lived near this Kroger location, except with a couple people at this Kroger location, with its long term cleanliness and its produce, or getting expired items off the shelves, or dealing with complaints of stench in the butcher area a timely manner, like within 3 years. Other Kroger's are fine and I've had no significant problems. Highly suggest you go to any other Kroger if you need them long term or value your health. Other reviews mimic this experience.

BEWARE!!! In less than a week this pharmacy made potentially fatal mistakes. First they swapped the labels on 2 of my medications. They put the label for my heart medication on the bottle for my blood pressure and vice versa. Had the dosage been different and had I not known what the pills look like this could have been fatal. The pharmacist blew it off and acted as if it was no big deal. The pharmacy tech said "it happens". REALLY??? Then less than a week later I learn that the medication I take for my diabetes has been filled incorrectly. For 6 months I have been taking double the FDA approved maximum for this drug. I brought it to the pharmacist attention and she told me I was rude for saying she is going to kill someone with her mistakes. She literally said "Obviously it didn't kill you". Well not yet but who knows what the long term effects of taking double the amount of the FDA approved amount of a drug will be? If you use this pharmacy you are taking the chance of being poisoned like I was. THIS PHARMACY IS GOING TO KILL SOME ONE!

On 1/30 the pharmacy staff was not typical. I got to pharmacy at noon and was told prescription could not be ready until2pm. Explained to them I called yesterday to confirm it would be filled while in area but was shrugged off by 2 people stating they were slammed and they had RXs in front of me. I was forced to wait after telling them I was waiting for 2 hours. This is not acceptable customer service. Somewhere along the line pharmacies forgot they worked in customer service. Good news is they aren’t the only pharmacy around. Walgreens would not have done this in my experience. Time to switch back!

Bought a OTC medicine from this place a few days ago then found out I bought the wrong one. Even I have the original receipt and the package is not opened, they refuse to accept my return. Worst customer service ever encountered!

Literally, the worst pharmacy on the planet. Twice in the past week, they sit in your prescription and wait until you get their to then tell you that they need some other authorization or it’s not ready when they have called to tell me it’s ready. Also, their “COVID HOURS” are garbage. Not opening until 10 am is not acceptable for those that are not at home all day.Their staff feel like this is normal practice and it’s not. I can get better service from my angry neighbor next door.

They have really bad service here. 3 out of 4 times my prescriptions are not ready when they say they will be. And this is after I give them an extra 24 hours before going to pick them up because I know they'll be slow. They often have technical issues with the register at the drive through so instead of using another register, they close the drive through and make you come inside or come back another day. I have many more anecdotes. It's just really bad service all around.

Well the pharmacy is changing a lot. No empathy on needs of customers. The young lady receiving prescriptions not welcoming. The wait was long and I can see why the long wait Pharmacist had to stop fillings meds to help counter. The flow was unorganized what has happened to good customer service.

Best pharmacy staff anywhere!! Greg and Jenna along with their entire staff keep a close eye on my prescriptions and are always friendly and helpful. It’s really comforting to know that although my medical needs are complicated, this pharmacy takes the time to explain my medications and always provides me understandable details that help me not to worry about bad interactions of my medications. My whole family is thankful for the service to our community that this local Kroger pharmacy provides to us.
