-2 stars .. They significantly changed their Amazon drop off times.Good store, but miss the old building. Clearance racks are usually pretty good, and if you have to order something on the app for a size issue you get free shipping if you're in the physical store.

We were helped right away in the cosmetics department. Then we went to the women’s clothes and found just the right thing. The grandchildren helped pick out an outfit for their mother. The checkout clerk was very kind and gave us a small discount.

The checkout here is borderline harassment. It took forever because the cashier asked me 8 TIMES if I wanted to open a credit card. Does it take 8 no’s to finally take my money?? Horrid.

Not sure why the cashier took 6 minutes to check out a single person when there were 14 people in line.It's a Kohl's so it's everything you'd expect from a Kohl's including the long 20+ minute wait to pay.

4-22-24 Tried to return my Amazon package past 7pm I was here at 7:10 and they no longer accept packages past 7pm. Won’t use your store for Amazon returns ever again!This is a new store but it’s too small. The isles are packed with clothes on racks and boxes ? all over. The toy section used to be huge and now it’s only two small rows. The older store here was much bigger than this new one.
