“Visited Dallas area this weekend from Houston and went here with my friend. I literally had just been to Target that morning and spent 153 dollars on skincare and clothes. My friend wanted to run by deal grabber to get some things for her upcoming newborn, and they literally had half the things I just bought from Target half price. Some of the items seem to be overstock, returned items, or damaged items. This is not a problem to me but may be to others, but they do advertise as is. It’s just like Marshalls, make sure you really check items out. They had a ton of baby items and furniture. The two ladies were very polite and I would return! Thank you.”

“I initially had some delivery arrangement issues with RH but in the end, I'm highly satisfied with all of my high quality furniture. The delivery crews (Andy, Freddie and I didn't get the other person's name) were very professional, kind and helpful. My designer Phyllis was very helpful whenever I needed help.”

“The tile we ordered is gorgeous and seems to be well-packaged as I haven’t seen any broken pieces. However, we received no communication from the store about our order and after a week went by, I finally called to see what the status was. I was told the order was ready to be picked up, which was good news but odd that I had to call to get that update. My husband said that when he picked it up, it seemed as though everyone working there wished they weren’t there. Maybe some of the processes and company culture need to change.”
