Oh my goodness K Beauty Supply has everything! The store is huge. Every hair product men and women, they have it all. You can’t go wrong with them. They have great deals on their different hair brands too! I love a good deal. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in the Plano area! I think I will stock up on all the deals that they offer ahead of time. They have a variety of different hair brands and products that they offer at a discount.

They have everything! Every color braiding hair you can imagine with every color blend and ombré color as well. The prices are also affordable and they have a loyalty program. The staff is also really nice! I called the to see if they had a specific color before coming and she checked for me while I was on the phone to make sure they had it.

I’m not a wig person, but my daughter wanted to check them out…Absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how a beauty supply store could have such low quality wigs…not one decent one. You can find better ones on Amazon.

They have the best prices on the market!!!!!Buy your lashes,makeup, hair care, and wigs here.They sell the same products as WALMART at half the price.And if your looking for a wig and don’t know much about them their is a sweet woman named HELEN who will assist you and give her advice about how to make it look the best. She is the one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to hair. She is one of the main reasons I go there and feel comfortable. The owner is really nice too,never had a “bad” encounter with him, actually quite the opposite; You get the same respect your given, so I think people need to remember that. The only thing I wish was different would be how late they are open because I LOVEEEE shopping in there for a good hour or two and so does my 6 year old daughter. We spend our mommy daughter days here so this place is really special for both of us

This store quickly reminded me why I need to go out of my way to support black owned hair stores. I had not 1, not 2, but 3 negative experiences here in the last few weeks. The owner looks at you but doesn't say a word. No thank you, do you need help just stares at you. When I said "you have a nice day too " after my 1st transaction there he still didn't say anything to me. I said ok maybe he is deaf or hard of hearing. Let it go. 2nd situation I came in to grab nose rings etc, he didn't say anything yet again! So now I am like yeah never coming here again. Well that evening my man asked me to ride with him there to grab hair ribbons, church socks etc for my bonus baby. I obliged...so why when he has for a tiara out the counter & picked it up to try to show me (I was standing behind) the woman grabbed his hand! We were both so shocked we left out & vowed to never come back. I am sick of them getting Black dollars & treating us poorly!

So disappointing. The place is super low end with old merchandise and a really stingy and grumpy owner. They are only interested in the sale. You cannot open hair extension add ons so difficult to know what you’re getting. Unfortunately the old merchandise is often damaged and they won’t take it back or give store credit. So beware! Best to shop at a more reputable retailer.
