We have two large standard poodles. And Sam does a good job. Our dogs are big and they seem to take good care of them. Sam is their groomer and does a good job. She always hales them look so handsome Thanks!!

We rescued our dog from a shelter at 7 months, she was a little terror and needed training so bad. Two weeks later after the boarding/training program she came home a new pup! We're so grateful for K-9 University!!

My dog is very nervous and fearful not being home. He was afraid, especially with the storms, the kennel manager would eat lunch with him, and my dog actually curled up next to her, impressive. I thank the team for all the time and training knowledge dealing with my anxious dog.

Great grooming facility, kind staff, quality work & reasonable prices. Sam did my baby girl N.O.L.A ‘Skye’ well. She achieved the look I wanted and she needed wish very little direction. She calls and makes sure you’re gonna get what you desired and any questions you had answered. Love ? this place. I recommend it and will definitely return. You have a new client for life in us. Willie loves it there. He gets really excited when I tell him we are going to see his friends. He jumps in the car and when we get there he gets really excited. Everyone there is professional and welcoming. Willie loves his trainer, Anthony.

I have used this facility to help train my dog, and my experience has been wonderful. Lately I used the grooming services as my previous groomer did a very dismal job, and now I have found my new groomer. Sam was very thorough and paid attention to every little detail I had requested. She is very kind and really good at what she does and I plan to see her again.

We’ve used their services twice now and have loved it! Our babies are taken care of and I feel much more at ease when we travel knowing that I can always check in and see how my doggies are doing each day!

Great to work with and they seem to really care. Do know that you will still have to do about 6 weeks more training and consistently reinforce what they learned every day…..but a well trained dog is worth it. I felt like the trainer was very knowledgeable

Well, I have mixed feelings. They are very patient and kind with the animals. My lab learned a lot from their training program, but I had a couple of negative grooming experiences and they were back to back. The first one was when my small dog got accidentally cut by the groomer. Accidents happen, but it looked bad so I took him to vet. The vet gad to glue his incision, and I thought that k-9 should pay for it. The bill was $80, but they only agreed to pay half.The next time we went, my lab must’ve gotten some shampoo or something in his eyes, because they were very blood shot. I gave him some allergy drops and he was OK after that.

This place is simply amazing! We sent our 7 year old boxer to the 10 day obedience course, and the results were incredible!! She used to pull on walks, not sit/stay/come. And now after the course and the private and public lessons she does great on walks and sit/stay/comes when called. It's like we've got a new dog! I just wish we would've done this sooner!And also, everyone there was super nice and super helpful. You can tell they all really love dogs! If you're looking to get your dog trained, this is the place to go!!

Let me start off by saying there is a reason this place has such good reviews - they are amazing! My pup (Remi) is an aussie/huskey/terrier mix, so she sheds like it's her job, and she takes her job very seriously! I brought her in for a furminator treatment and Sam did a great job. Sam also offered a plan to help me manage Remi's shedding and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with their service. 10/10 recommend!!!

First time to K9 and had a full grooming for my pal. Dropped him off in the morning and picked him up in the late afternoon. Sam did an amazing job grooming my pal. He has never looks this cute, best hair cut ever! Huge shout out for Sam and thanks so much Sam!!! The staff is also super friendly. Since it was my first time, they let my dog half day in day care for free which I was super grateful since I don’t want my pal to be in the kennel all day long. Definitely come back and highly recommend!
