Dorothy doesn't reply to emails, yet continues to send sales pitches on a regular basis. When I did get a response, I made it clear we weren't a good match as $1,000 was WELL out of reason for very very simple book keeping for a 2 person company with less than 15 transactions a month and a vendor that handles ALL back office operations including billing. After several emails to Dorothy demanding no further contact, I now receive an email from Tyler. The lack of professionalism and harassment has me assuming this company is a scam. If they aren't - God help any company that agrees to pay their obscene prices and work with their quota driven (sales emails sent per day rather than actual customer service) employees.
