I found Jones and Jones on Google and was impressed by their 100% 5 Star Ratings on Google. It's nearly impossible to get reviews on Google and, as we know, most people only post negative reviews. So the fact that they had 100% reviews was impressive. But not nearly as impressive as the work they do. They took a mud-covered off-roading Jeep and turned it back in time to showroom condition! Their attention to detail is incredible and their prices are more than fair. They've earned my business on all of my other cars. Very nice guys who are hard working and ethical. Gavin answered my inquiry on a Sunday and had the car in showroom condition by Tuesday. Gavin's company - Jones and Jones is worthy of a 5 star rating!Update: 01/30/2024 - I had 2 more cars detailed by Gavin yesterday. He and his apprentice are masters at taking 5-20 year old cars and making them look like you just drove them off the showroom floor. We had a Range Rover that was swirled beyond belief by the previous owner. Gavin went way above and beyond to make sure that all of the swirls were gone. He must have polished alone for 4 hours. Pricing is beyond fair for a detail that you won't find anywhere else!

I have a 3 year old son. My car had so many stains from dried up ice cream and other messy spills, trash, cards, random stuff. Grateful for my child, I am but the first sentence alone should let you know my predicament as well as I’m one of those women who brings everything to the car depending on where I’m going. Having a cluttered car or dirty interior doesn’t make the car inviting. So I decided to look into getting it detailed and ran across Jones&Jones Premium Mobile Detailing and they are literally the best. Both men were on time, gave me updates throughout the service, very kind and respectful, and my car smells and looks Brand new. I’m so mad I didn’t take a before and after. But during a family visit my brother, asked me whose car I had? ??? Needless to say, if you need your car detailed this is one of the best if not the best detailing in Dallas,Tx and all the other surrounding cities. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Gavin did a FANTASTIC job detailing my Honda Accord - it looks like new! He and his partner were on time and professional, and Gavin in particular was great about answering email questions quickly when scheduling the appointment. They did a full cleaning of my car inside and out, and it's obvious they are meticulous and take pride in their work. Another huge perk is that they came to me! Jones and Jones came out today and detailed my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. They did an incredible job. They spent hours on it and the job was done very exceptionally. They even got the places where customers typically wouldn’t look.I’m a clean freak and so I look. They cleaned up too. Excellent customer service and the one of the best details I’ve had. It’s really hard to find someone who takes care of your car like this company. Wife accidentally spilled food on carpet and Jones came out right away same day to mitigate any mold and smell. Car looks brand new now!! Highly recommend them and will only be using this company for our vehicles!!
