Love Johnny Was but the manager at this store is awful! There was a dog adoption event going on next door and the manager was complaining about it the entire time and kept talking about how annoying it was. I thought it was a great event and it sounds alike it was pretty successful! Won’t be going back to this location

The ladies were so friendly until they discovered I was making a return. Their return policy is terrible. I ordered online. Didn't like the dress. When I tried to return I was told it has to go through an approval process for return and it wouldn't happen for 24 hours. Huh?! Who does that? I did get the refund but that was ridiculous. I'll never shop there again.

I just did my first purchase with JOHNNY WAS and it will be my last. I ordered a pair of shoes online. When I got them the invoice didn't convey the 20% new customer discount I expected to receive so I went on the site to check the price. I got the discount but now the shoes were discounted $75. I've been out of town and missed the cut off to get a price adjustment by 6 days. It's 14 days by the way. So, the $250 shoes are now $173 & with the 20% off, down to $138. That's $111 off. They told me to return the shoes to the store and then order a new pair online and get the 20%. This is something they could have easily adjusted without me having to go through all this. I won't be getting the second pair on principle. Love the shoes. Hate the company.

I purchased a coat and it fell apart. I was wearing it at the time and a long thread tripped me and I fell. As a senior citizen with frail bones falls are very dangerous for me. I've been emailing and calling and get no results. I wanted a refund for the coat. But now that they have behaved so badly I am also telling everyone I know to not do business with this company.

I came in last week to buy 2 sets of masks that I saw online and didn't want to wait for. The silk masks are by far my favorite of the masks I have bought from different designers. The sales associate Charmaine was super friendly and helpful considering it was 4 minutes to close.Today I came across the sales at johnnywas.com and called the customer service number to ask about sizing on a top I wanted to order. Customer support told me they had the items in store so I called here for questions I had. Char was an absolute doll!! Wow what a helpful SA she was. Char actually tried on the jacket to help me with the sizing concerns before ordering online since it's a final sale. She also double checked if an additional top would work since we have the same size bra. She REALLY went above and beyond ? I definitely haven't had that level of help in awhile!! Thanks Char ?

worst customer service ever. Or rather, no customer service at all. Their so-called customer service is a fraud. They never answer calls or emails. Only sales reps answer the phone, and they just tell you to call customer service who NEVER get get back to you.

Johnny Was has HORRIBLE customer service! 0 Stars!! I returned a pair of shoes and was told I would get an online credit which I never received. It has been over 6 months. I've called customer service and they never answer. I've filled out their online forms and I never get a response. I initiate an email myself and they never respond to that either. Had I known that I would get nothing in return after also paying the return postage myself, I would have given the shoes to my

I ordered items from Johnny Was as I have before. Within minutes of ordering, I realized that I sent it to the wrong place and tried to call. They were closed. I then sent an email asking that they send it to there store in Boston. Two days later, I get an email saying they can't and that they sent it to the original address. I told them that there is no one there. Below is their response:

So glad the store finally opened in DFW. This has been a favorite brand of mine for many years and even though I order online, sometimes I want to try things on. For a long time I didn’t know that they don’t put everyrhing out on the sales floor and you need to ask if you don’t see your size. I have visited many store locations and the sales people are always super nice and helpful. The clothes are gorgeous and durable and I always get compliments on them. So glad they are here now!
