If you’re considering going to this salon, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. My recent visit was a complete nightmare, primarily due to the eyebrow technician. I went in for threading, but instead, she plucked each hair with tweezers, leaving my eyebrows uneven and thinner than I ever wanted. When I pointed out the issue, rather than taking accountability, the staff tried to blame it on the natural shape of my brows! Even more frustrating was that the owner, who was present, chose to hide in his office instead of addressing the problem. And to top it off, they had the same eyebrow technician come to the front to defend herself rather than offering a solution. I absolutely do not recommend this location—customer service and skill are severely lacking here.

Mandana was fabulous with her professionalism, skills and kindness. She is so well trained - internationally in over five countries and it shows! She also has extensive experience working with thick voluminous unruly hair like mine and transforming it into something magnificent! She stayed late into the night making sure everything looked magical and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and looked after! Cannot recommend her enough!
Stylist: Please ask for Mandana! She is one of the most skilled stylist I’ve ever worked with. Excellent work ethic takes pride in her work and is passionate. She will go out of her way to make your experience wonderful and prepare you for your special occasion. Most stylists struggle with Indian and south Asian hair. She knew what she was doing and had the best recommendations!

I stopped trusting salons across DFW area until I found Manada. She is highly knowledgeable . She puts you at ease and explains the procedure well. She is very warm and welcoming which builds the trust. The procedure was easy and she was very detailed about her job. She is experienced and I highly recommend her. FYI I had 2 microblading consultations and did not feel comfortable proceeding with those elsewhere. Mandana knows what suits your face best. Thank you Mandana. I will be back.

Let me say that this was one of the BEST experiences I have EVER had. Bethany Castelli took care of my hair and truly she is a Jack of all trades. I am so grateful for this salon. The moment I walked in, the entire salon greeted me with the warmest welcome. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Bethany is hands down the greatest. I've been going to Kerry for my color and cut for almost 3 years and every time I sit in her chair I'm left amazed by her work. I came in after using box color on my hair for a few months and since then she has brought my hair to the prettiest blonde I could ever ask for, even as dark as my natural hair is. She's also so genuinely kind and I look forward to every appointment with her!

Christie Sackett did an amazing job on my daughter's hair!! Absolutely gorgeous color - so smooth and natural looking. She also colors my hair as well and always knows exactly what we both need. Colors are always spot on and she takes extra care to ensure that our hair stays healthy and maintains its shine. An extremely talented colorist!!! I am so beyond pleased with the results every time!

Took my daughter in to get highlights for the first time, Mandana was very knowledgeable and explained the process and set realistic expectations. Also the front staff was very welcoming and helpful. So refreshing to see everyone with smiles in their faces when you walk in. Will definitely becoming back to do my hair.

This is slowly becoming my go to Salon for a hair cut. I like that they listen and exactly give me what I am looking for. Bookings are easy and the place is clean and welcoming. The reason I gave a 4 star is because I am yet to go there consistently and if I receive the same service then it is a hit for me!
Please note that if you’re going to the legacy hall location, the parking can be a crazy hunt at times. May be weekdays is a better option than weekends.

Originally got my haircut here two weekends ago before I got a hair redo for medical reasons, to which I had to get my hair cut shorter to prevent skin irritations due to heat rashes, as much as I loved the original cut and the amount of compliments I received at work, it was medically necessary for me to shorten it more to prevent any further irritations from the Texas summer heat. My artist name was Karlie Brewer, she helped me out so much and cut the style that best fit with my needs and honestly I think I love the redo more than the original, even though the first haircut was also amazing, the fact that my body feels less irritated from the sweat in the back of my neck feels so amazing! She always listened and worked with what I needed and did not disappoint! Truth is I have a hard time trusting anyone to cut my hair, and I have my regular professional hair stylist I go to back where I used to live in California. So I was very hesitant to try a new spot here in Texas and put my trust on someone new. After my experience working with Karlie, I would like to say that I have my full trust in her to give me the style and cut that I want and need. So I'm definitely going to be a regular customer for as long as I still live here. When my hair grows longer again, I will definitely be coming back to work with Karlie at The Johnny Rodriguez Salon in Plano, TX.
