Store is having a closing sale so come quick!! Not a lot to choose from now. Still plenty of fabric options to look at for now. The yarns and pillows are all gone. Beads have almost been wiped out. Art section still has some things to pick from. Definitely just stop by and see if you can find something.

I give this plane 4 stars because for many decades, it has been a primary source of fabric and other creating essentials in many mediums. He incentory options of fabric have been above par for Plano, especislly since the fall of Hancock. I'm so sorry to see them go as well. Grievous that corporate greed and mismanagement is the primary reason for losing us this landmark sewing and crafting resource. Finally, please clean the restroom. The employees and customers deserve at least that much. That's always been a problem but now it looks as if the effort has been abandoned altogether. Thank you Joann's employees for being gracious and patient in these ending weeks. We see you.

I love JoAnns but the fact that there is only one cashier at 3 in the afternoon is ridiculous and not fair to her. I've been in line for 20 min. The line extends past 3 aisles. Do better.

The woman at the cutting counter was kind and very helpful, however the cashier seemed like she hated her job. My guess is that they are probably understaffed, because so many of the shelves look like a disorganized thrift store.
When I was leaving, a customer behind me asked the same bitter cashier, "Are you guys renovating"? Of course the cashier answered with a very bitter and flat "no".
Jo-ann should hire more people and be selective on who they hire. I always remember Jo-ann stores being clean and beautiful, I wish they would go back to that.

I came here for a new sewing project that I am making as a fundraising item. Jade in sewing was fantastic- enthusiastic, caring, and very knowledgeable. I also met David who was very polite and gracious. During the hectic holiday shopping they both provided outstanding customer service!

Terrible customer service by phone! The first time I called, a lady with an Asian accent asked if I could hold. I said, "Sure." After about 3 minutes, I heard, "Lady, are you still there?" I said, "Yes," and proceeded to tell her why I was calling, but she hung up. I called back and got the same lady. I asked if Joann's carried a particular fabric I was looking for. I got a vague answer, so I was more specific. She asked me hold, but I could tell she just put the phone down because I could hear her greeting customers, and even laughing. I figured she may be busy and maybe they were short on staff. After 10 minutes, I hung up. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Not the a store focused on customer service. My broken foot is in a boot. The cashier tried to get me to walk all over the store to find what I needed and to speak to a manager. I asked her to please call a manager and she acted like she might get in trouble? Or didn't want to......

I just got out of this location. Nov 11, 2:30pm. Terrible customer service, the cashier is a chubby guy, VERY rude!!.I asked if he could check in his inventory a yarn that I needed and he loudly said."OH MY GOD!...with a lot of frustration and clearly annoyed. Then said NO and called the next customer. I said just one more thing, since I needed a couple of plush toys at the register. But he making again a frustrated face loudly asked..:ARE YOU GOING TO BUY SOMETHING?!!...I just told him..NO, Not anymore and left. I feel sorry for him, clearly a very unhappy, frustrated and depressed person, who shouldn't be in a customer service position.

If you need help with anything you can forget about it. I asked the older asian women at the cashier for help and she grunted and said ask another employee. I should’ve left the store at that point but wanted to show grace. I went to the other women she told me to ask for help and the lady was talking with another co worker and never once paused her conversation to help my as I stood there for a minute waiting. I walked off and she still didn’t care to see what I wanted. I walked out because I no longer wanted to spend my money here. I hardly leave reviews but I had to share my experience. After reading all the other one star reviews I’m not surprised what happened to them based on my experience. Please listen to me and the other recent reviews believe us!

Had needles labeled as $5.49 then was charged $10 for them. Took photos of where all the needles were and didn't care

I don’t think the employees are happy with their jobs. One assisted with cutting fabric. The other was my cashier. Neither spoke to me or looked at me. No welcome, thank you, nothing. Maybe the store is understaffed and they are overworked and frustrated. That was my experience.

I stopped to find some violet yarn and couldn’t quit find what I was looking for. Rest assured, Avery was very helpful and found some in the back for me that was the perfect shade. Thank you Avery :)
