“Before I ended up with JB Jewelers I went to some recommended places where I heard "sorry we don't do this l, it can't be fixed blah blah" and then I decided to just Google something near and it was my lucky ticket because no one ever did exactly what I asked for but JB Jewelers did EXACTLY what I asked and I'm impressed. “Oh my goodness! This shop is AMAZING! Don't miss it when you stop into downtown Plano! I stoop by every time I'm downtown and I have to be careful because I want to buy the whole store. Some of my favorite pieces of clothing and jewelry are from the feathered nest (beautiful patchwork skirt and the cutest cat earrings). On at least one occasion a few years ago, another place tried to rip me off and told me I needed costly repairs. The folks here were honest and said a simply, inexpensive repair was all that was necessary. I've been coming back ever since.”

“I honestly am still in shock over what a pleasant experience I had at this store. I recently shopped at a different Kendra Scott in the area, and had a not so pleasant experience with the product and with the staff. I went to this location to return my bracelet that broke almost 20 minutes after I put it on, and was worried that I would not be able to get a refund based on the fact that I had worn the product. Emily Vero was helping me with the return and with the exchange of product and she went above and beyond, making sure that I had a pleasant experience with Kendra Scott. It is so clear that they value customer service and want to see you back in their store. I was gifted a piece of fashion jewelry as well as the 50% off discount for my birthday for the other piece of jewelry that I purchased. She also threw in another gift just to make up for the experience that had left a sour taste in my mouth. I also received an email and had a phone call with one of the managers at the other location who said that this is not what they stand for and was very happy and willing to talk to me about my experience. Emily truly made my day special and made up for a not so great experience on my birthday. Will be shopping here again. If I could give 10 stars I would!”
