Last year we went to them to get our taxes done. They were the worst for communicating. I have email after email asking questions and never got answers. I put all expenses and any tax info into a spreadsheet. Two days before the end of the extension I finally got a meeting with Jeff. He sat with me and plugged in the numbers from the spreadsheet I provided. For their horrible customer service I was charged 2k. They have horrible customer service. I've told them we no longer want their services and twice this year they have emailed saying they are going to file for me. I've called and emailed them saying we are no longer their clients each time Shariar says he will take me off their list. This firm is a nightmare.

I'm very pleased with their services, they go beyond simply helping do my taxes and forwarding me my bill. They help with "tax planning" where we're making moves now to pay less later and that's something I've always wanted

I am beyond displeased with their services. For several months I've been following up with them for updates but never got responses. Nothing done but charging 1200 service fee quickly. Will definitely call them for refund and keep them away.

I called to find out if our ideals align and if we would be a good fit to work together. I was told to provide my tax information and then they will do the meeting. So my personal information and then they will talk to me. Fishy. Very fishy. I even got recommended to them by a friend. I advised the representative on the phone that I would like to speak with them before I provide this information. She said "we will not speak with you then". I guess that made my decision easy. Already can see that this place is not here to provide service.

Was referred to Jeff by another CPA. Met with Jeff and he gave me some reasonably good free advice in the first meeting. Tried to communicate with Jeff via multiple emails and appointments to start the work we discussed but never received a reply. Got bumped for someone more important, I made a second appointment but he didn't bother calling me as agreed. I've told him and his team I am happy to pay for more advice and work - just tell me how much. Radio silence. So I take it I am a less than desirable customer. Well I can only say the feeling is mutual.

I am beyond displeased with their services. For three months I've been corresponding and following up and for the last two months, I've been told that my taxes will be completed by Friday. When I called today for an update, Karen refused to give me the information that my employer has authorized me to have. As I was talking to her about having my employer call and clarify what I have access to, she cut me off with "whatever". This is the attitude and care they are bringing to their work. Along with many other issues, including our Franchise Taxes not being submitted and our right to transact business being suspended and them not handling any of it even though that's what we paid them to do, we do not recommend this firm. Pickering CPA may find you the tax savings you are looking for, IF you can get them to do the work and IF you can get them to submit it and IF the people that you are communicating with will talk to you with some respect. And IF any of that gets done timely, you might get what you paid for.

Do not go to this CPA firm. There is no American workers. I had to talk to this Chinese person who did not speak good English and gave me wrong information.

I like this CPA firm. But today I am very unhappy about this company. Because Joyce keeping hangup my calls without any reason, while I need help from them. She is so rude! I don't know who is this lady! And I don't know what's wrong about her.
