The owners are really good guys. Great costumer service. They are willing to help you with anything you need. You feel welcomed at store. Really good selection of craft beers and bourbon. Must visit.

Great customer service. Om is really good guy he knows about his liquor. Best liquor store in plano, Murphy and Wylie. The also have hard to find bourbon. They can special order for you if you need anything. Great place, must support local business.

Unbelievable amount of selection of alcohol products. You could not believe they sell fuel as well.
I was unfortunate to buy a bottle of red wine that had turned to vinegar and they replaced it immediately. I also got great advice from staff members to what I might like. Very helpful and honest staff. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing store, especially if you are searching for a special bottle of…whatever. The gentlemen who run Jacob’s are friendly, knowledgeable, and make the shopping experience an excellent one. If they don’t have it, they will try to find it for you. The customer service is above and beyond.

Great selection on spirits and beer. They regularly carry brands that I see out of stock at other places. Prices are less than Specs, Total Wine, etc. on things I regularly buy. This was also the first place I saw Peticolas Velvet Hammer in a can which is still hard to find elsewhere.
