I truly hate that my daughter had to stay here.This place is simply a rip off and you're sleeping on a cot.

This was the worst place I have ever visited, dirty rooms, dirty toilets, terrible customer service, the place stank of cigarettes, the carpet seems to have never been vacuumed, in general a flea market.It makes me very sad to know that a first world country has places this bad.

This is a great place, with a wonderful staff. The renovated room is clean and bug free. I've made two requests to the manager. Both issues were resolved immediately with kindness.
