I had an amazing experience financing a used car with ITCU thanks to Carlos Martinez. He was knowledgeable, personable and was invested in my satisfaction. He called me and the dealership multiple times just to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I couldn't believe how easy the process was. I had hesitations using InTouch instead of using the car dealership financing. But I am so glad that I did. InTouch credit Union will be my first call when I need financing again. Thanks to Carlos.

I’ve been a member for about three years now. I recently requested an auto refinancing loan and Carlos helped me through the process. He was very patient and understanding. It’s was super easy and was never pressured into adding any additional services. I highly recommend using InTouch Credit union for any financial services!

Never have had a ok experience here, there’s always problems. 7 day hold for a $500 check? Lol no bank I have been with before has done any of this. No wonder why there Credit u ions are closing

That's fine I can make three unique reviews dictating how your bank refuses to work with people and due to the fact that these are reviews and it's not a matter of privacy to let people know that you guys will take money and hide behind your own ability to do so I think it's advantageous for someone who is interested in using your bank to know that you guys do that so there. I lost $100 and you guys say you're just in taking it that's pretty much the gist of it.

Went there today at around 10 AM. The woman in the middle cubicle told me that I can't make a shared coop CU account deposit by check. Cash only. Went to Chase to get cash and came back and found out ATM DOES accept cash and checks.Complained to manager there and he seems to be not interested and disengaged. Keep saying that he's only filling in.Told the lady on the way out that she's mistake. NO apologies. Nothing.Go there if you want to be misled by ignorant people.

Refinanced a vehicle with them, worst decision ever, they don't care, hit a bit of financial difficulties, they won't work with you, there'd rather take the vehicle back!So guess what they got it back, they're so indifferent about the situation!.One of the worst customer service banks over ever dealt with!

They don't deserve a star. Spent over an hour just to cash a check. The manager kept walking out. Everyone seemed clueless. Thank goodness I only have a loan with them because after its paid off I am done. Don't recommend especially if you ever think you'll have to come to the branch. Don't answer the phone either. A stressful and horrible experience. Never again

I really wish I can give y'all zero negative or whatever is just lower than one star just in general the communication is just sucks and the bank just sucks. It is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life do not bank here.

Be careful when working with this institution, a recent credit check showed me that my credit score went down by 36 points and that my car loan has increased by $4,000+. All because I "did not" submit proof of car insurance. I emailed them about the issue, and sent in the confirmation receipt of when I sent my car insurance info in ... no response from email. Called their customer service, the $4,000+ charge was removed/refunded. Now I'm stuck waiting for the correction to "hopefully" be reflected soon on my credit score.

Recently opened a account with them. They took so long to open an account. First person I spoke was new and did not know the answers to my question. I was connected to another person and she was good.When I have to make the payment, I asked them for the options and they said they can accept credit card. But did not tell me it was going to be cash advancement which caused so much of trouble for me.I saw a cash advancement fee in my CC and did not know what happened and have to follow up and ended up paying interest charge too. Lack of communication was worrisome!They definitely did not make a good first impression!

Been a loyal customer for over 15yrs. What kind of Bank doesnt accept coins!?I scheduled an appt with my intentions. What a waste of my time and money. Or in this case my Children's.Just so yall know coins are still considered money. A bank that doesnt want money isn't a bank. You used to keep the coin counter machines in the entry ways before yall moved them to the back. What happened? Where did they go?Called your branch and got the same response. My kids piggy banks are full and I cant deposit them into their accounts because yall dont take quarters, dims, nickles, and pennies!?
