I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Integrity 1st Automotive! I was truly impressed by the way Matt followed up with me about my query. My car had an issue with the engine light, and initially, I visited another shop nearby. The quotation I received there seemed excessively high.

No integrity and no skills other than oil and filter change. Charging more than authorized dealers but using cheap parts and changing them at very high price by adding 40% or more markup. Also do not true to their warranty.

Matt was so nice and pleasant on the phone! They fixed my car in 1 day and gave me a breakdown with pictures of other things that need to be addressed. Very thorough service! Prices are reasonable too!
