The scope of services at Instant Imprints is impressive! I went to produce an unusual custom vinyl decal that I use yearly and Karen and Dwayne knew exactly what to do. Dwayne suggested a slight change to my previous year's decal, and his suggestion cut my project time of application by 70%! They are professional, respectful, and do great work with pleasantly surprising reasonable prices. We will use them again for sure!

Yes I have been coming to them for some months now I have my own basketball teams and they make all design and prints all shirts for me. They have rapid fast and great delivery they also keep you up to date on when you order will be ready. I would recommend everyone to come visit and see why I call this place a blessing to me and my kids. Coach Williams Underdog Basketball??

I had the most wonderful experience . I had some embroidery services done for my jacket for the renaissance tour in Dallas and I called like the day before the show & they were able to help me and she went above & beyond to assure that I was 100% satisfied. She communicated with me through the whole process. I asked for the lyrics of my favorite Beyonce song to be put on the front and I wanted the word renaissance on the back . It came out perfectly. I could barely get into the stadium because people kept stopping me & were asking to take pictures of my jacket . I want to say Thanks again. I will definitely come back.

The Instant Imprints West Plano team was AMAZING, especially my main point of contact Breanna! I only had an idea in my head as to what I wanted, and this team knocked it out of the park with their design/print suggestion and execution!! They are knowledgeable, friendly and FAST!! I had a quick turnaround and they exceeded my expectations by having the shirts ready faster than the original target date (which was impressive in itself because it was around a long holiday weekend too)! I am SO happy I found this business and will definitely use them for all my future work!! Our group of 22 people loved their individual custom shirts and I have Instant Imprints to thank for that!!

I originally went to another shop, they provided me with the proof/mock-ups of my design. I just wasn’t too thrilled about the results. Luckily they were kind enough to refer me here. And I am so thankful I found this place. Dwayne and the whole staff were a pleasure to work with. They brought my designs to life & the results were astonishing! I even get compliments from strangers out in public. I will definitely be returning here for all of my future printing needs. I stopped by Instant Imprints just to get a quote on some personalized signs. They were very friendly, the price was great and the turn around time was even better. Sent it to them from my Canva acct. I went to pick them up, unfortunately the signs had an error, they were very apologetic and fixed them within a few hours. I will return!!
