This is my neighborhood store. I always know what I want as I check prices, sales online and I only buy a certain brand of cat food so I don't need assistance. However this store has a rude nasty person working here that was stocking the cat aisle. Was absolutely scowling when I was here to shop today. I will have to find a new location to shop at from now on.

Those of us animal lovers know we will go to all lengths to keep our little friends happy, and that includes shopping at multiple stores to do so! Pet Supplies Plus is one of those stores that I am sure to go to in that pursuit! Great selection, decent prices, and really nice staff who are themselves usually animal lovers make this a place you got to go to!

Tonight I went in looking for a new puppy food for my large breed puppy. Lindsey assisted me and was PHENOMENAL! She asked all the right questions and answered all the questions I had regarding foods. She was transparent about her knowledge but so genuine. I cannot wait for her to gain more knowledge and become even more incredible than she already is! She went above and beyond. She rung me up and also asked if I needed assistance carrying out food and helping me put my things in my car. Lindsey was FABULOUS!

They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. Juan was fantastic. He opened the store and waited for us to get there so we could purchase dog pain medication for our dog who was hurt in the ice storm.

I visit and purchase all my 3 pet needs from your location at 4100 Legacy Dr in Plano, Texas. and for some reason, i didn't receive my 30% coupon off in my inbox. I asked Juan about it and he just told me that the coupons all have unique numbers for each client. I understand that. So, i asked again why i didn't get my coupon he thinks but, he gave me the same answer. When i told him i understood that and that's not what i was asking, he got upset, was rude and left. He just said well, if you don't like my answer, then fine. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and have never been treated like that. This coupon could have saved me $30.00 since my bill was $119.00. So, I'm going to ask you, why didn't i get my coupon since i have an account with you? He didn't offer any other store discounts or any solution. The young man who was helping me felt bad and was very nice. He just said that Juan is USUALLY very nice. Very Dissapointed and i was nice when speaking to Juan. Totally uncalled for. I won't be back

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the Pet Supplies Plus in Plano, TX. I have done both same-day delivery and curbside and both experiences have been perfect. The team is very communicative about order status and which items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, they always call and offer a replacement. The manager, Isaiah, is particularly communicative and helpful. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

Clean, organized and filled with helpful associates. Curbside pickup and delivery options. They don't even ask, just pick up your heavy purchases and walk you to your car.

Nice selection of canned dog food and treats from Fromm. Love curbside pickup. Pleasant and helpful employees are the reason I keep returning for our picky canine's needs. I would recommend this pet store to everyone!
