First of all…. Drew Jacobson is the absolute best, his customer service is OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT in every way. I called and left Drew a message concerning an oil change and he responded in a timely manner and got me the service I needed taken care of. Drew makes you feel like you are his ONLY customer when he’s assisting you and I know he’s super busy. The young lady Nicole Fuller that checked me out, she was super CURIOUS , FRIENDLY and super PROFESSIONAL. She explained what my wait time would be and directed me to a very comfortable customer service waiting area. After walking me to my car I had questions about different controls in my car I was not comfortable using and she GLADLY explained every questions I asked in detail about those controls and then asked “is there anything else I can help you with”? Definitely got 5 stars service on everything from both of them.

This last visit was an improvement over the last visit. When someone tells me it'll take an hour and a half, I expect it to take 90 minutes, not 2 and a half hours.

They are always amazing. I've made the mistake of using another Hyundai delearship to service my car and it was not a good experience. I will always take my car here. The staff is friendly and the wait time is always not bad. Fully recommend this dealership to anyone.
