The service manager Chris has been a huge help with replacing a drive shaft and gearing in my jeep wrangler. I didn't feel he was trying to oversell me anything and he always educated me on the parts. Great experience.

Huffines and my salesman, Fernando Lopez, are just incredible! I have a lot of experience buying cars, but this experience stands way above the rest. Fernando went far out of his way to find the perfect Jeep for me. It was a hard task, but he kept with it. He made a bunch of calls over a few day period of time. He finally found the one, and unbeknownst to me, drove with his family early Saturday morning to Waco to pick it up! He also set up for me to transfer some aftermarket items onto my new Jeep. He even let me have a loaner car for the weekend. It was an amazing, and fun process! Huffines has been around for 100 years for a good reason. They really take care of their customers, because they allow their sales people freedom to make decisions. There is also a reason Fernando has been with the company for a long time. I am a very happy customer, and will definitely be back and recommend them to my Jeep friends!

I am very dissapointed in this Dealership.The service department was so unprofessional. My boyfriend took his vehicle for an oilchange .When the service department was working on the oilchange they broke something in the process.Then they have the decency charging my boyfriend a hefty bill after fixing there mistake. Two days after the oil change he noticed a sensor was damaged too.They did fixed that one for free.But here comes the dissapointment.I saw the bill and ask my boyfriend why a simple oilchange turned into a large bill.He told me that they broke something in the process of the oilchange. Kept the vehicle for one day and than after picking it up charging a mayor bill.Oh boy what a rip off.I sure called the owner who never talked to me but the secretary. I explained my concerns and was very unhappy on how they handled the whole situation. I know dealership do anything to over charge customer.I spoke to the service manager who made nothing but excuses saying that it was not there fault because of the age of the vehicle.There was nothing wrong when my boyfriend took it in for an oil change .At the process of the oilchange something got broken. But they fix it and had the decency charging the customer a huge bill for their mistake after fixing it .Who does that .This should of been free.I deffinitly took matter in my own hands.Called wanted to talk to the owner to make them aware about the service departments mistake.So here comes.They were making excuses after excuses saying that the vehicle is old ,parts are vulnerable. OK .So why are you taking chances servicing vehicle that are so old knowing that things are old.It should of been inspected assesd before servicing.Knowing the risk they still serviced the vehicle ,broke something on it and did not took responsibility and accountability for the action.Instead fixed the issue and hit my boyfriend with a huge bill for there mistake.Who does.And the final result is that they are only giving him back half of what he paid. He should got all of it back and only paid for the oilchange .I find that Huffines did not up to there mistakes regardless of the age of the vehicle. I would never ever trust this dealership to take your vehicle for servicing.Instead you are paying out of the wazoo for there mistake.I call it unprofessional .

Dane Uter (Service Advisor) was great! He was very helpful and professional. All staff was friendly and the gentleman that was over shuttle service was very patient and understanding. He attempted to drive me home when I realized I had left my keys in the left vehicle. He showed so much grace and understanding. Thank you to all the staff! Location had very fast service and attentive.
