The experience trying to contact tax professional directly was horrible. I previously worked with different branch of h and r block , i was able to reach to tax professional by calling directly to office and talked directly several times. At this office they say i can’t talk to professional directly and no replies online. Keep saying You need to schedule appointment though online says the tax professIonal been working on taxes for 2days. Oddest experience

H & R Block is overpriced & they don't bring me any benefits; I will have another company do my taxes next year.

H&R Block filed my taxes incorrectly which led to me owing over $1200 to the IRS. H&R Block refused to cover the cost saying they only pay for penalties and interest and not their own mistakes. Do NOT trust this location!

Waiting 30min for Shrawan while he had no clients. For the next 30 min; I was going back and forth with him on a quote for my 2022 taxes and why "he" wanted to input my 2021 taxes in first. I advised him hundreds of times I just wanted to see what this year's refund would be. I knew I owed for last year's taxes. He said he could and then said he couldn't and he just wanted to put the 2021 in first. Ending with it would take him 2.5 hours to complete then both. ?♀️ I just left. He's also super slow putting the information into the system.

Horrible customer service. Front desk lady is super rude and Horrible. She should get fired immediately and should not get job anywhere with that kind of attitude.

Had an appointment, was on time for my appointment, waited 30 minutes after my appointment. Still sitting and waiting. Very annoyed.
