I didn’t like how the associate next to the register I was standing at scolded me and condescendingly talked down to me in public and in front of her male customer because I touched her newsprint paper by her register as I was frantically looking for my lost iPhone. She made a completely out of line comment towards me, something along the lines of, “…how dare you touch my paper….what are you doing in my area…” She obviously wasn’t paying attention and didn’t catch on that I was asking my associate if she saw my phone laying anywhere.
After all, I did happen to be in the store 15 minutes earlier making a purchase at the rude associate’s register number, even though it was with a different associate at that time.
She made me so angry that I had to verbally push back against her and stand my ground because she was bullying me for absolutely no reason at all!!
She treated me like I was a substandard transient that was straight off of the street, even though I had just spent approximately $250 within the past two days at HomeGoods!
I even think that the floor manager was within audible range but she didn’t get involved.
I had to stand up for myself like I was being harassed in middle school or something!
A Very mean, immature and ignorant worker (older woman with shoulder length grey hair wearing a mustard yellow coat/sweater and she had brownish skin).
It’s really a shame, too, because I actually liked all of the items for sale in this HomeGoods and thought that it was fabulous. But, after dealing with the mental and emotional abuse that was dished out to me in front of everyone from the disrespectful worker, I don’t think that I do want to drive 20 minutes out of my way to shop at this store anymore. It was that ridiculous.

I can always find what I need in this store. I love shopping here!! Pricing is good!! The employees are always helpful. One employee, in particular, was named Anjum. She was extremely friendly. I appreciated her happiness.

Really good store with a nice inventory for home decor. A little bit of everything (frames, bedsheet, small furniture, bathroom, kitchen).

I love shopping at Home Goods! There is always something new to see. One caution ... if you see it, like it, then buy it. It won't be there if you wait.

The store is okay as long as there are not more than four or five customers. They have tried to pack as much crap as possible making the aisles far too close together. You cannot push a shopping cart down the aisle if you are the only person in the store without hitting something. If there are more than five people in the store don't bother. There definitely isn't enough space for more than one person in an aisle even if you don't have a cart. They have a very small amount of numerous different items. They didn't want to specialize in anything so they tend to have a mismatched set of everything. However. With the exception of a couple items the selection is very limited. You are much better off shopping at Amazon. The prices will be about the same but you won't have other customers bumping into you. The check out lanes are also slow and poorly designed. It's a shame because I have seen very spacious and well laid out Home Good stores. The one in Allen is fantastic. This one is very poorly done. They even redesigned the parking lot making it a maze of impassable lanes. This store must have been designed after a night of very heavy drinking and drug use. Hard pass.

First time to visit. It did have a lot of home goods type products there. It is a little cluttered, but it seems they do try to keep it organized to some degree. The employees seems to be nice, and checkout went fairly quickly. The prices where somewhat cheaper than average compared to name brand stores.
