What on earth? Why are the trees here so dang expensive? Seriously you could by a Balsam Hill or Hammacher Schlemer tree for less than this place.
Also the service was snoooty.
We had zero help from anyone. The same person walked by us on multiple occasions and never asked for help - she was too busy talking about chocolate chip cookies and who was eating. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and OVER RATED>. Also the selection was kinda blah. Would not go back unless, well, its just not on the list and we are not going back .
I am trying to think of something positive - they do have things sorted by color....so its easy to find what "color" theme you wanted.......and they have some really nice tree skirts. Might be the best part were the really nice Tree Skirts that were hundred of dollars each. Bring your Sugar Daddies money!!!

This store is fabulous! I shopped the clearance shop since the main shop isn’t open yet. Irene was so helpful. She moved around the shop helping so many and was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Super rude. I needed acrylic gems and the other person who cared to show me was a guy on the other side of the building with just trees and ribbon. Very rude and unpleasant checkout. Just no personality anywhere to be found, other than the nice young man who helped us cause he saw us looking for something.

We visited the clearance center today and were sadly disappointed. No one said a word to us while we were there. I knew it was a little more expensive before we went but the clearance prices are insaaaaaaaane. $179 for a stocking is nuts to me.

High prices for most items, even with 50+% off. There was one item I was considering. It was broken in a few spots and a piece was completely missing. They only offered 5% off. I have to say, I did love chatting with the floor staff. They were very personable, helpful and kind. The two ladies behind the counter though, not so much. Also, online it says they're open until 6 pm. They're actually only open until 5 pm. I drove 30 minutes and arrived at 4:30 and again, the ladies behind the counter seemed annoyed. So heads up. Hours are wrong online.

VERY expensive, but you get what you pay for. Everything is of the highest quality. I was able to make the most beautiful centerpieces for our company Christmas party with items I bought here. The beauty and quality of their items are far better than other places.

It's very calm and has some fantastic decorations with color organization tho there weren't many tree toppers
