My wife Purchased a pair of pants that were a size 34 for $39.99 and went to go exchange them for a size 32. At the time we were just trying to exchange for a pair that fit and they were the exact same pair of pants so we didn’t bother looking at the tag. But after the exchange was over we looked at the pants and it had a hand written tag for $29.99. So we went back and the extremely rude lady working on Sunday June 2nd at 4:55 wearing the south park shirt, said that she marked it as an even trade and that someone wrote on the tag wrong. We said we didn’t understand how that was possible and she cut us off and said “DO YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM” we said no and walked out of the store with the intention of coming back in a few minutes speaking with another employee. She sees us back in line and we just say that we would like to work with the other gentleman behind the counter and she just goes up to him. And starts acting like we are trying to pull a fast one and is rolling her eyes and scoffing the entire time we are trying to just get the pants for the Marked amount. This was the difference between spending another $10 right then and there for another item. I was going to return tomorrow to spend another $150 on blazers, shirts and shoes for an entire outfit. She ruined our experience and we will not be returning to this Store. She should not work in retail or customer service if she doesn’t want to take care of customers.

I am an unsatisfied customer today December 2nd I purchased an item at Stonebriar H&M that was on hold for me from Willow Bend as I opened the bag I saw that the item had makeup all over it including stretched-out, but since I live near Willow Bend I went to do an exchange they called the manager I showed my receipt proof of purchase, but he refused to return it trying to accuse me of wearing it when I did not even try it on the manager with this ignorant attitude name is Paul who escorted me out of the store it is the worse experience I have had in retail and paul shouldn't be in a management position!The store number is #243

Tried to order twice. The first time it told me my info was wrong so i checked and and tried again. And again. And again. They charged me every time even thou my order did not go through. Had to wait two days to get my money back. They said i could order once i received my money back. Tried to order again and then same thing happens. Has a company you should not charge and not put the order thru. Sound like you should fix it. Also they said i can order but it would have to be under 200$. I ended up going somewhere else. Very disappointing because i always shop at h&m but won’t be going back. Since this problem can not be solved.
