Wow, drove out of the way to get my Rolex serviced here. The person I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. I guess you need a $30k watch to get great service. Will mail my watch to Rolex from now on.

My wife gifted me a beautiful Ball watch for our anniversary. High Grade is a service center for them, so I stopped by to have the band sized. Hutch was incredibly kind and generous to explain the intricacies as this is my first foray into the finer timepieces. I would highly recommend for any watch needs.

Amazing repair on watch with more than reasonable cost! They did amazingly on my deeply scratched band. Although there are no pictures of the watch before, the after-product shows no imperfections on the band.
