Hertz canceled the same day than double charge me for no show. Trash Employees… comon guys.

Called and spoke with a "kelly" Who was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and disconnected the call. I asked to speak with the manager after calling back, and he stated he was the manager!! Very very UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT IS NOT TOLERATED
