I started at Harter as an absolute beginner. I've been doing personal training with Tara at Harter for nearly 2 years and have attended the classes as well. Thanks to Tara's encouragement and patient coaching, I have seen myself become stronger and my stamina increase significantly. Across the board all the trainers are thoughtful and caring and are really focused on helping your form get better. The workouts for the group classes are well thought through with variations for beginners. If you are in it for the long haul to build strength and flexibility, Harter is definitely your place. If dropping a few pounds is your goal, they will help craft a plan for that too including nutrition coaching. I highly recommend Harter.

A perfect place to exercise to unwind, and recharge. A place to feel safe, functional, has comfortable workout environment, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.Val and Tara their knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out me lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness they also know and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.For me it’s a great place to get fit , the trainers are so patient and encouraging that a person like me who once hated workouts now loves to go daily and enjoys it.Tara and Val they have so much dedication to make each and every person fit . Their approach changed my life in last 6 months I have been a different person with a completely different attitude towards exercise and fitness.

I have been working out at Harter Strength and Conditioning gym a year now and I can totally see a difference in my appearance, resistance and overall health. Val, Tara and the trainers take their time to explain every movement in details and care about giving everyone who takes the class a good/knowledgeable workout experience. I can’t recommend this gym enough! ⭐️

I joined this place three months back and my experience with the group training sessions has been incredible so far. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to build strength and improve their fitness level.The trainers Tara & Val are amazing. They are extremely dedicated and possess a genuine passion to help individuals reach their full potential. The 'LIFT' sessions has been really helpful for my chronic backpain.

Been coming here for a few months and absolutely love it! I’m on a weight loss journey and the results I’ve seen already have been phenomenal. I’m down about 10 pounds, I’m gaining strength overall, and my clothes are fitting better. The community here is also amazing and super uplifting! Before I came here I hadn’t been in a gym for at least 2 years because of how I felt about being around people, and judgement for being out of shape. Don’t be scared to join, I couldn’t recommend it enough! Life changing decision for me.

Harter Strength and Conditioning has not only helped me lose 20 lbs, but the coaches have helped with my lifting form, my mobility, and my overall endurance! All the coaches are highly trained and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this gym!!

I love this gym. It is seriously the most excellent place I have worked out in DFW. All the coaches are top tier, they really care about your form and technique, they care about warming up and stretching, they care about you! Seriously. I have never worked out at a place where I felt like I got so much valuable feedback until here. I only have time to go 3x a week and I have seen significant improvement in my physique now in month 2. I LOVE Tara at the Plano location too. She is excellent! Everyone is excellent honestly but her approach is just ??☀️❤️ ? ? perfect!!

Highly recommend, as someone who has been a fitness freak my entire life, Cody will take you to new heights you though not possible. With classes starting in mobility, and proper form, injury prevention is a high priority. This is not Cross Fit, these exercises are planned with goals in mind. Please open a location in Austin, TX. I miss this so much.

Joining this Gym has been completely life changing for me in the best way. I love the coaches that work here because they provide challenging workouts and they truly care about the clients. With their help and encouragement I have been crushing my fitness goals!! I recommend Harter to anyone looking to get fit.

Joined this gym about three or so weeks ago. Beside being an ultra nice gym and having great equipment. Vic the dude at the front desk is who sealed the deal for me. Very welcoming and awesome vibe. Three weeks later still the same good welcoming vibe from him and others. Overall this is a top notch place. Everyone in general is very welcoming and easy going. I go to the gym at 5am and the place is usually not crowded. Highly recommend this gym

Probably the best gym that I have ever been to. All the trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. The regiment that the gym incorporates helps the individual make gains and track them as well. Their regiment is centered on barbell training which I particularly like. Additionally, the trainers also help people who are working out learn the proper form prior to doing the exercise. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody at any fitness level.

Wonderful place to work out! Well worth checking out with the 1 week free pass. The workouts yield results, great community inside the gym, the coaches are constantly evolving training methods to be the best.

Starting my fitness journey this year, I really wanted to find a place where I could learn different exercises and proper form for weight lifting. I’ve been working out here for the last 3 months and can feel myself getting stronger each class! I was a little intimidated starting out but the small group class format is great and everyone here is super helpful. During the class, the coaches walk around to critique and correct your form on the various lifts/exercises. I feel like I’ve learned a lot in my short time here and the gym has helped me remain consistent in reaching my fitness goals!
