Gucci at Legacy West gets a three-star rating from me. The store is really nice, clean, and well-represented, showcasing the brand beautifully. However, my only issue is the staff—they weren't friendly or helpful. I just wanted to browse, but they walked around like I was going to steal something. Come on, I own a ton of stuff from Gucci! Just because it's expensive doesn't mean I'm going to steal it. A more welcoming attitude from the staff would make the shopping experience much better.

My husband ordered a handbag online for me and he picked up in the Store. He said he enjoyed the service received. It’s fast and friendly.

I rarely give such a rating .One of the worst customer service experience ever had.I wish I made not of the lady who assisted me to mention.I advice Gucci store to train employees the basic trait of how to treat customers while showcasing and billing as well .
I purchased a sunglass pair and the lady who was assisting me was hurrying me to register and kept on asking me to make it fast without giving me space and time .she billed the wrong item and when I bought the right one to re-bill she made such a fuss out of it and behaved in cold way .I would never recommend this store to anyone at shops at legacy.

I like to go visit the legacy location since that is the closest store to me and the customer service is very welcoming and helpful. I went and told them I want to change color, and they ordered the color I want and got what I want.?

Very enjoyable visit. My wife enjoyed her exceptional customer service so much. That means a lot to me. If we are every in the Dallas area again. We will definitely return to Gucci Legacy West

Lindsay was amazing when I came in to order some sandals I wanted. She was very helpful, funny, great personality, and provided excellent customer service. Too bad I'm moving or I'd come back over and over again!

I came in to purchase the 1955 Horsebit Handbag Sunday, April 28th I must say all of the SA are always so kind and pleasant when you walk into the store and I’m sure it makes each customer feel welcome.One problem-the manager greeted my husband and I asking us if there is anything in particular I’m looking for. Of course, I told her what I was looking for and she was a big help. She got the bag for me I tried it on and made some adjustments. That’s what you do when you are paying a nice price! You want to be sure about your purchase.As I’m looking at the bag and trying it on-her “regular clients” walked into the store and I’m thinking she was going to come back because I was ready to purchase the bag.She completely left and walked with her “regular clients” to the other side of the store and never came back and I’m standing there waiting while she just forgot I was there?Yea?While I’m standing there waiting and my husband is looking to see if she’s going to come and help me I asked sweet Lindsay to check me out. Lindsay, is always so sweet!To the manager…it doesn’t matter if we are a customer as you are probably thinking for the first time compared to your “regular customers” we all deserve respect!

Me and my girlfriend have been to this location several times. Highly recommend to anyone amazing customer service. They really cared for us and made genuine and honest recommendations. I wanted a pair of shoes that were more expensive but after speaking with the professional she recommended a different pair that suited my work and what I do better. Yes the price was cheaper but because she was genuine and cared for me I had to purchase. Love the product service and environment. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back.

Zahra greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked in. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped recommend and ultimately helped me decide which bag to purchase based on what I had expressed that I desired in a bag. The entire experience was very pleasant and Zahra was amazing.
