If you really want to look like 2 different new persons from each side after going in for a haircut and beard trim, you are welcome here!
While this is not the first time I am visiting this outlet, I see they are intentionally employing aged and old people on the job so that the customers will adjust and not escalate the mishaps they do.
They are not able to do a simple haircut or a beard trim. While my haircut looked terrible even after giving clear instructions , my beard trim made me literally look like 2 different persons from left and right. The person who did that was not even able to see such a big blunder and he was trying to justify it! I finally had to come home and do some trimming and shaving myself to set it right.
Not mentioning the name of the person here, since it doesn’t make a difference, the entire staff is like that. Run away in the opposite direction when you find this outlet and never ever enter here!

Second time I’ve been and here and twice my lineup has been a wreck . I asked the guy to line up around my ears as close to them as possible as last time he (same guy) trimmed way too high. Same result this time.……
I hate leaving a negative review but if you can’t follow a simple ask and make the same error twice ?……
Definitely last time I’ll be coming here
Gonna have to go elsewhere and have them shave it down, yet AGAIN!!

Kelly was very friendly and helpful. She listened and cut the hair as I wanted. She did the great job ??

I've always had a good experience here, specially in the hands of Kelly! She is very good at her craft, and always makes me feel welcomed while I'm there. She is an amazing hair stylist, and is able to deal with my wavy hair really well. Every staff here that I have interacted with or has cut my hair over the past few years have been fantastic!

Pro: My hair was cut
Con: It was cut badly.
I typically see either Kelly or Hieu but, unfortunately both were off today and I had a last minute work trip and wanted a haircut. I'm not sure what the man's name is...I think it's the only other male that works there...but I asked for a simple 4 guard on back/sides and light trim on the top. He took it upon himself to use the 3 and 4 guards and cut too much. He cut beyond my normal hairline in the back and now the taper is uneven on the right side. The amount of force used with the clippers was pushing my head forward I had to stiffen my neck to keep my head up. My scalp is red and raw. I told him to stop cutting so much but he did what he wanted. I now remember getting a haircut a few years back from the same guy...it was just as bad then. Needs to be retrained. I will not venture from Kelly or Hieu next time.

In the past 4 years never had my hair cut at a place other than Great Clips Legacy Plaza and Hieu always does a great job with my hair

Stylist: We always request that KELLY does our haircut at this Legacy and Coit location in Plano, TX. Kelly is amazing - very professional and has a consistent hand at styling. She is sweet to chat with, is good with suggestions if we ask, and listens to our concerns.

Good fast haircuts. I just had my latest haircut here and, as usual it was great. Kelly was (and has been a number of times) my hair stylist. Kelly did a great job on my poor head and made me look like a "human" again. ;-)

Horrible. The man on the right as one enters the shop was the one who cut my hair. He completely ignored my request for shampoo. He sat me down, I explained what I wanted and he ignored that as well. I made a comment that he was taking too much off, this too fell on deaf ears. Cut to three weeks later and I still have cow licks that infuriate me. I am not 12! He apparently would make a good doctor because they don't listen either. Never shall I enter that store front again. Seriously take his scissors away.

Kelly is hands down the best stylist I have ever had. Back in 2018 I had just moved into the area and needed to get a haircut for some job interviews I had lined up. When I went to Great Clips the first stylist I saw messed up my hair so bad that I decided I was just going to go home and shave my head and deal with it, but Kelly saw how bad it was from the next booth over and stepped in and asked if she could fix it for me and I said yes. She fixed my haircut in ways that I didn't know were possible and still had me looking fresh and ready for interviews. Its been 6 years now since Kelly has been my stylist and I absolutely will not see anybody else in the DFW area. She is one of the hardest working, most knowledgeable stylist I have ever met. Thanks for everything Kelly!
